ME Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Oriented

The employees in hotel are fantastic. Really nice. But the amenity is a little bit shabby and outdated. The shower tap was loose. In all, it's still a nice trip. Foods are fantastic!

Hotel location and rooms were good. Food was great and rooms were clean all the time. One thing i did not like is that they could not give us a king size bed. They only had two doubles available which ot was quite hard to sleep in a twin size bed with my wife

We ordered a room service twice and both times waited over 2 hours. Plus, we had to pay $5 usd/service. Not impressed!

The ME Cancun was a very nice hotel, the food was very good, and the rooms were nice, but if you are not prepared to spend some extra money (after paying for an all-inclusive stay), then it might fall a little short of your expectations. For example, they had a lot of nice Bali beds around the main pool (and adult pool area), but wanted $40/day or more to rent them. I understand that these were "extras", but they didn't seem to get rented very much #except on weekends, maybe due to more of a local crowd#, and they took up space that could have been used for the "free' lounge chairs #that were hardly available unless you claimed them by 6 AM#. It would have been a good thing for them to lower the price at some point during the day, especially since they were not being used very much, thus giving the people there more of a chance to enjoy the hotel. As I said earlier, the food was very good, although one night I bit down on something hard only to discover a staple was in my food. The restaurant manager came and talked to us and apologized, and said he would talk to the front desk, thus leading us to believe they might do something special for our inconvenience. I asked the front desk that next evening #while we were there for another reason# and the manager acted as if he hadn't heard about it and like he didn't believe what had happened. Needless to say, they did nothing to make up for this not so positive experience. I feel it would had been so easy for them to do something, such as give us a Bali bed for the day since they had so many going unused, or give us priority seating for going back to that same restaurant #which we tried to get back into the rest of our trip and couldn't#. Overall, we had a good time there, but just thought it could have been better.

Staff was very helpful. Beach was awsome. Drinks came quikly & made right. I tipped fifty pesos per meal & drinking advanture. You dont have to, but for less then five bucks why not? There were some other guest that were rude, no falt of the resort. I think they were just dumb young people. After all it is kinda a younger crowd. All in all it was fun.

The hotel staff were great !!! The food was great and the beach was beautiful.. The only two cons I have are that the music needed to be more modern and the ac could be better. Otherwise food was great and had a blast

This was my third stay at this resort and it never disappoints. The food, the service and the beach are all perfect and an incredible value. I will stay there again next year.

Pro's: The staff was kind and frienly. The place very clean, modern and abundant with a variety of choices. The wifi was perfect and could be used while on beach. Gym was cool too. Beach chairs are first come...so grab the one you want early. Con's: The $300 voucher I got when I purchased was not a deal. You had to first spend a certain amount at the spa in order to use it (and the value was divided into two purchases which felt like a trick since neither represented the cost of anything on the menu). The only thing I could use the voucher for was the Bali Bed ($25). In the end I did not use $275 of the voucher and would have had to spend more money to save money. The free sunset cruise was hard to schedule and you had to pay $5 cash once you arrived, and find your own way back. It also takes place at a time that main meal times are at the hotel.

My husband and I was very unhappy with this trip we chose for our vacation.My experience with CT when I tried to change my airline reservation for an earlier flight. I was told I had to pay an additional $400 to change to non-stop flight so I would be able to travel with the other couple we were vacationing with. I asked for the change without being billed the additional cost of the flight and was denied. The other couple we travelled with did receive this promotion from another agency at no additional cost so I knew that it was something Cheap tickets could have done as a courtesy being I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. All my trips have been booked through you and I felt betrayed as a loyal customer. The most discouraging thing was the hotel. This hotel is nothing like the promotion of it, the service is lousy, there are no activities or services offered to the couples. I was billed for 2 bottled waters at $14.00 at check out and was not informed of the price until then. They do not offer 24 hour room service as they advertise. You are billed at very high rates for items that are not included in your package. You are constantly harassed by staff to purchase time shares and to go on excursions. There is absolutely no games or activities offered to guest. My husband and I made the best of a bad experience. No one at the hotel explains to you what amenities are offered to you at the time of check in, they do not offer any activities or services to occupy your time. At check in they try to get you to upgrade your stay to a premium package without explaining to you the difference of what you have and what's in the upgrade.

It was an amazing time! The food was good, the rooms were very chic, and the beach was amazing. I would highly recommend it!
