The beachfront Complete ME by Melia Cancun is an adults-oriented destination with a hopping, expansive infinity pool and full-floor lounge. Hotel Overated
My husband and I was very unhappy with this trip we chose for our vacation.My experience with CT when I tried to change my airline reservation for an earlier flight. I was told I had to pay an additional $400 to change to non-stop flight so I would be able to travel with the other couple we were vacationing with. I asked for the change without being billed the additional cost of the flight and was denied. The other couple we travelled with did receive this promotion from another agency at no additional cost so I knew that it was something Cheap tickets could have done as a courtesy being I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. All my trips have been booked through you and I felt betrayed as a loyal customer. The most discouraging thing was the hotel. This hotel is nothing like the promotion of it, the service is lousy, there are no activities or services offered to the couples. I was billed for 2 bottled waters at $14.00 at check out and was not informed of the price until then. They do not offer 24 hour room service as they advertise. You are billed at very high rates for items that are not included in your package. You are constantly harassed by staff to purchase time shares and to go on excursions. There is absolutely no games or activities offered to guest. My husband and I made the best of a bad experience. No one at the hotel explains to you what amenities are offered to you at the time of check in, they do not offer any activities or services to occupy your time. At check in they try to get you to upgrade your stay to a premium package without explaining to you the difference of what you have and what's in the upgrade.

We did eat at a really good steak & lobster house which was close by the hotel, the food was pretty pricey however the service and food was wonderful and worth the money. The food there was the best out of my entire trip.

it was a good time
Staff was very friendly. Everything was good except a few small things. Mid day meals were tough to get. Seemed like that was when each place to eat was in transition and didn't offer anything. Roberto at the in Pool bar was outstanding! He is worth seeking out. The day we left they did away with signing for every meal and drink you have. This was something that was a pain to deal with. We would have to wait constantly for our "check" and on occasion it would take 15+ min.

Great resort!
Our stay at Me Cancun was perfect. Staff was friendly and they took great care of us. The food at all 4 restaurants was fabulous. Ask for Wilbur at the Rose Bar. He is the best staff member at Me Cancun!

Ordinary, noizy at weekends
Did not impress me at all. I was expecting much more looking at the photos. A lot of uncovinient regulations. The top "fun" is $500 in coupons.

Great Experience with extremely helpful staff. Everyone was willing to provide the best setrvice. You could actual see waiters running back and forth which you just don see these days. Bottom line the staff at the hotel bent over backward

Tropical Paradise Destination
The perfect destination if you like sun, sand and beach. The hotel is beautifully situated on the unbelievably blue Caribbean. If you're not a beach person then you have a choice of two pristine and beautifully designed pools. The wait staff is attentive to your every need whether in the hotel, at the pool or on the beach.
