Le Blanc Spa Resort Adults Only All Inclusive

If im going back to Cancun, i will def stay at Le Blanc next time. Our room had a great view, great food, relaxing pool (since this is a couple only hotel), awsome spa.... Overall this was an outstanding hotel with superb service. Money was worth it.

Best vacation this year! This hotel is a must for those looking for a relaxing, pampering getaway! Le Blanc has luxury written all over it from the coconut milk in wine glasses upon arrival to the back bending service the staff provides to make sure their guests are satisfied. Make sure to bring plenty of cash for tip money. The hotel can only exchange money for Pesos. The credits are great but there are caps on some of them. For example, only $100 of the credits can go towards the spa. If you have credits left over, take advantage of the limo ride to the airport when leaving. We went to the time share breakfast. We did not sign up, but it's not a lot of pressure and we learned a lot. There is so much variety at the restaurants and they truly do mean all inclusive. I'm glad we went in May. There weren't any bugs and not too many people. It was the perfect place for relaxation!

Le Blanc is definitely a high quality place to stay. If you are used to 5-star meals wherever you live, you will be a little disappointed here. For an all-inclusive, they do a very good job. I have never been to an all-inclusive that is better than this, but it still fails in comparison to other 5-star restaurants that I have dined. The rooms are nice, but small--so small that it's hard to eat your room service in your room. The water pressure isn't great, so you really don't get to enjoy the multiple head shower.Having said this, you will never get better service. The butlers, waiters, and entertainers are top notch. They wait on you hand and foot, so much so that I actually found it awkward at times because I can certainly carry my own plate back to my table! Leblanc does it right, we had a blast , very relaxing and the staff is very attentive. Did yoga every day along with pool volley ball. Great and plentiful food and drinks with minimal hassle. Whoever is managing the employees is doing a wonderful job. This is my 3rd visit here.

We've been to Cancun five other times, staying at different resorts each time, but Le Blanc topped them all. It was superior quality all the way. Everyone there wanted to help make our vacation the best ever, and they succeeded. The room was gorgeous and included every amenity possible. If you didn't see it, all you had to do was ask and they'd get it. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I wish we had them at home. All calls to the U.S. were free from the hotel room. The restaurants were all delicious and upscale. My one complaint is that I ate too much every night. My husband loves to work out, and the spa and workout area were just heavenly. He said they are by far the best he has ever experienced. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel and spa where you'll be pampered every minute, and where you'll get great meals, Le Blanc is the place for you. It's in a great location, near lots of bars (if that's your scene). It's a very short walk from Senor Frog's. We wlll definitely be going back to this resort for our next trip to Cancun.

Food - Excellent Atmosphere - Great the first 4 days then over booked and crowded the last 2. Service - Perfect Rooms - Just what you would expect. $1,500 Credit - AWESOME Spa - Luxurious Problems - No late check out. This was ridiculous and very troubling.

Went to this hotel for a weekend in early February 2011. This hotel not only exceeded my expectations but it is by far the best all inclusive resort that I have ever stayed in my life. Just go there!! You will not be dissapointed. I am very critic of places I have stayed in and this one is flawless. I am sending all of my friends to this place. It just cannot be beat.

The only way Le Blanc gets such good reviews is because people are inebriated and on vacation--not wanting to notice. We visited Le Blanc four years ago, and it was lovely, but this time we saw them cutting corners EVERYWHERE!. A huge issues is LACK OF CLEANLINESS. We arrived to find spots on the bathroom mirror from the previous guests--maids hadn't cleaned the mirror. There was a stain on the bathrobe--which had strings coming out of it because it needed to be replaced Green goo on the edge of the shower head. And scum all over the glass shower doors (maids aren't given proper cleaning supplies). The chairs in the International restaurant are gross and need to be recovered. The mirrors in the public restrooms have permanent water stains and need to be replaced. Human skin floating in the cool tub in the spa. Gross! The resort hasn't invested in updating, replacing, or keeping up the five-diamond status. Another issue is PUSHING THE TIMESHARE AND EXTRA CHARGES. That was after checking in and being asked multiple times when we wanted to schedule our time share, oh no, they call it a vacation package, tour. We were firm but they persisted. We're paying $700 a night for this? When we woke up the first morning, we called to find the excursion we wanted (swimming with the dolphins) was booked for the ENTIRE time of our stay. We had to call a manager just to get our spa appointments booked. What good is a $750 or $1500 credit if you can't use it? OH AND [...]WON'T TELL YOU THERE'S A MAX OF $250 OF THE $750 YOU CAN SPEND IN THE SPA. SO DON'T PLAN ON OVERINDULGING THERE--WHERE A SHORT MASSAGE WILL RUN $125-$150. THE ALL INCLUSIVE ALCOHOL IS DECEPTIVE. The wine list is meh as others have described. To give you an example. A bottle of Barefoot Wine, something that will cost you $5.99 in the U.S. is priced between $75-$90 a bottle at Le Blanc. They serve cheap wine and place exorbitant prices on it. Though the alcohol at the bar looks top notch, unless you stand there and order, you'll see they have different alcohol--super cheap--the stuff they serve at all-inclusives for a quarter of the price in all of your mixed drinks-especially anything frozen. So that means you have to go to the bar and order every time or get the cheap, low quality stuff. Don't expect Heinekene or good beer. It's Coors Light, Tecate and other cheap options. Which would be fine--except this is supposed to be a five-diamond (not just five star resort). You'll also find LACK OF ATTENTION. We waited for drinks at the pool for up to 30 minutes a day, because the manager won't hire enough staff to provide tip top service at the pools (where everyone wants to be). Waiting for food at the pool took over an hour one day. Remember, this is supposed to be a 5-diamond resort, and the hotel was only 75% full. The person who was supposed to restock the mini-bar didn't remember to add club soda, so I'd have to call down or go down to the bar each day to get. The maid rehung up a stained bathrobe (after it had been spilled on) as if I was supposed to wear it again rather than provide a clean one. Again, I had to ask for it to be replaced. I didn't go on vacation to manage hotel staff. But the biggest issue you'll find at Leblanc is CUTTING CORNERS EVERYWHERE. A great example is at the spa. Not only are all the nail files and cuticle pushers reused (gross), but when they wrap your hands and feed during manicures they use saran wrap. I kid you not! Rather than purchase the plastic bags provided by nice spas, a woman brought out an industrial sized (think Costco) roll of Saran Wrap and tore of sheets to wrap our hands and feet. Of course, because it's so cheap, holes poked through. But alas, she had a fabric mitt for our hands and feet to catch the excess. But here's the catch: I watched when she was done, that she put them back where she had gotten them in the heating machine WITHOUT WASHING THEM! The service made the trip amazing. All employees were kind and helpful. You never had to wait for a drink or your food. Each floor had a private butler, who helped personalize your experience. Also, you must take advantage of the spa - unbelievable atmosphere and experience and, by far, not just "another massage."
