Conveniently located Punta Cancun beach hotel along Caribbean

Couple getaway
The good: Nice pool area. Beach is directly behind the hotel. Lots of lounge chairs and beds to relax on. Great location - very close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The bad: Floor was dirty in room. Furnitures were worn. Fridge was barely cold. Internet was not working on public computers & there was a charge to use the internet on the public comp, even for just 5 mins!

Nice Hotel - Reserve Your BED early
This was my 30th wedding anniversary present to my wife. I upgraded my room to a more expensive room, which stated 1 king or 2 full beds. When we arrived there were no King size beds available. The next King size bed would be ready 3 days later. Disappointed, is putting it mildly. We were able to move after the 3rd day to that room. We were compensated with free WiFi for the duration of our stay.

Book your transportation to and from hotel, before you arrive. Taxi's will attempt to charge you $50-60 a couple. Should be about 400 pesos ($35-40)When you arrive you may be asked to tour a local hotel. This is a sales pitch for timeshares.

Great location...great staff...great beach!!!
Staff is awesome from the check in process, beach service, room service and check out. Rooms are clean and tidy. View is amazing. Location to all the nightlife is great!!

The Hotel was the worst Hyatt I ever have stayed. It's a terrible noisy hotel with ugly rooms. Could not sleep, generator is working night and day.

OK place , very nice beach setup
Our room faced the lobby , the noise from the other hotel condenser units made it almost impossible to sit on the balcony . breakfast cost 300 pesos per person , 28 dollars us ,no free continential bfast . Pool very nice .
