We stay here every time we come to Cancun
We like the atmosphere of this place - very peaceful... no large crowds to deal with...easy checkin and check out. Great view of the sunset from the dock on the other side of the pool. After checking in the first stop is the pool and bar...bar seats in the pool so easy to get waited on. Beautiful landscaping you walk thru on your way from the lobby to the pool and restaurant area.

Short walk to convenience and liquor stores near this hotel and walk across street to ocean and theatre..bridge nearby within walking distance has great views of the ocean

Lay over
I did not expect much as it was only $49. The rooms are built with white cinderblocks and do not have the most comfortable beds. I am an avid camper and understand the size of insects in the tropics but the large roach on the toilet paper was not at all welcomed. The rooms smelled moldy and the lights flickered. The breakfast was decent however. We did not get to the pool but it did look ok. I would recommend sleeping at the airport versus a layover at Sotavento.

Ok for the price you pay!
The staff at the hotel were extremely nice and welcoming! The greenry made you feel like you were in the jungle! This hotel is a basic hotel, you get what you pay for!

Hotel was acceptable.. Didn't spend much time there. Just shower, sleep and out and about...ENJOYING CANCUN...

For an affordable and delicious typical food try to go out of the Hotels.. mercado 28 It's a great place where u can find all sorts of souvenirs as well as great sea food..

Si vous devez prendre le ferry le lendemain
Nous avions pris cet hôtel car nous devions prendre le ferry pour Isla Mujeres le lendemain. Si c'est votre cas, c'est un bon choix sinon non car il est à la fois loin de Cancun centre mais aussi du reste de la zone hôtelière et peu évident à trouver. En fait, il est juste en face de l’embarcadère Ferry Km 4. Rien autour si ce n'est 2 superettes par contre le petit dej est sympa, le rapport qualité prix est bon et il y a une piscine et la lagune avec les Yatch amaré derriere le jardin de l'hotel (d'où le nom).

Ej bra
När vi kom så låg det kackerlackor i badrummet i vårat rum. Vi bad om att få byta till ett annat rum, vilket vi fick. Städningen var inte så bra, de slarvade en del och det låg hår kvar i sängen när vi kom. De bytte inte alltid handdukarna heller. Förvänta er ingen bra frukost, bara typ vitt bröd, sylt, flingor, ibland omelett annars nachos(!!!), inget att hurra för. Poolen var skräpig. Visst billigt hotell men jag skulle inte rekommendera detta till någon av mina vänner... Lägg hellre pengar på ett lite finare med half/all-inclusive och privat/egen strand..
