I chose this hotel twice
after we came back from Merida because the price is reasonable and it's easy to ADO Bus station

Nobody knows the hotel location. Not parker place. Good restaurant/bar.

Two types of water. Warm and Warmer
We only stayed a day but the AC was so loud I couldn't sleep all night. No elevator which made a hasle to bring your stuff upstairs. Hard, hard hard did I mentioned hard beds? continental breakfast was just bread, cereal and coffee, had to upgrade for 5dlls to chilaquiles, beans and eggs, it was ok. stay here only if you are traveling in a really thight budget.

Short walk from hotel
go to Chedraui the grocery store right around the corner, they have a really, really good bakery in there. best bread in cancun acording to Tom (my bf)
