Located a few steps away from the main avenues. Plaza Kokai is conveniently located at residential areas in downtown. Located only 10 minutes away from the beach and 25 minutes away from the airport.
The hotel has 2 bar (El Camarote and El Nauti) and 1 Restaurant (Los Balcones).
Hotel Plaza Kokai is a quiet and beautiful place to enjoy your holiday or another important events.
The hotel features 48 nice guestrooms designed in soft tonalities, on the whole with its service and impeccable cleanliness will provide you a lovely ambiance for relaxing. Plaza Kokai Cancun has been remodeled in order to be always updated to our guests needs. I arrived late at night to find that they did not have my booking and the hotel was completely booked out. The woman at reception kept looking after everyone else instead of helping me because it was obviously too difficult for her and much easier to hand out keys to other people, so that I felt like I was invisible. It was probably the worst staff service I have ever experienced and the hotel was awful to boot. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
