Great times
It was a very good time. Hotel was very nice. It was very clean, food was good, service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. Not much to do at the hotel after 11 pm. Wish there was a little more night life at the resort. All in all though it was well worth the price. Would definitely recommend it.

This hotel was rated as 5 stars which is well over rated, the hotel is nice but closer to a 3 or 3 1/2 star. The reason my wife chose this hotel was from the pictures and she liked the jacuzzi tub that the picture showed so we spent the extra $1000. We stayed for 5 days and the tub was broken the entire trip and we had repairmen in our room for a good portion of the vacation. The safe did not work and broke 3 times locking our belongings in the safe, there was no chain on the front door, there was no lock on the sliding glass door and we were on the garden level so the room was unlocked the entire trip, etc... Also the staff seemed to like to scam folks, the trip was all inclusive but I was propositioned for money more than once for drinks that were included and the staff was pocketing the money. Overall the resort was shady, but one plus the Ipemnea restaurant was excellent.

Trying to Romance my Wife
Pretty Ordinary
Not sure how this property received a 5 star rating. Accommodations were average, food and beverage was average, and service was below average. Rooms were loud at night, and staff was overbearing in trying to push the timeshare concept. Didn't get what I paid for.

Great place
Hotel was great, beer was not good. Wish they had CORONA beer or a different selection. Food and staff were great. The $1500 credit * is a joke. Over all had a great time with the family.

Hard Rock Rocks !
Even better than when was Cancun Palace. Great Food, Great Service, all-around great experience. Did Jungle Tour, Dolphin Swim, 2-Tank Dive to Cozumel Trip, Spa...... All was good, will be back next year same time.

Completely enjoyed the Hard Rock!! 4/9-4/14
My husband and I felt like we were in paradise! Cancun is amazing and the Hard Rock and the ENTIRE staff does everything to make it a wonderful experience! Our room was very clean, as was the enitre hotel and grounds. They offered such a variety food with different experiences at each restaurant. LADIES*** the lighting was very poor in the room to apply make up. Larenzo was the best waiter at the pool! And KiKA was a blast at exercising by the pool. The hallways at night were loud... echoed... but the experience with the Hard Rock was A+

We used the Greyline car service and it was well worth the price! A private car (Mercedes) picked us up at the airport and on the day of departured was there to return us promptly. One price prepaid, didn't have to mess with taxi or shuttle.
