- Located in the Hotel's Central Building, beside the Lobby Bar. Built on three different levels, it has a capacity for 140 diners. Great Hotel
Stayed 5 nights. Really liked the room. We booked a deluxe ocean view room and when we got there they upgraded with no extra cost to a deluxe OCEAN FRONT room. Beautiful view and the sound of the ocean waves was just great. I recommend this hotel for people looking for a nice, quiet, hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the restaurant prices was kind of expensive.

dont buy the tours from the hotel..... buy them from street vendors....... chichen itza 40$ each with pick up buffet etc.... xcaret plus 95$ each.... isla mujeres for 30$ each included everything.....

Cancun Caribe Park Royal Does it Again!
Outstanding service, outstanding hotel. Quiet, peaceful vacation (my second time staying here). Everything was exceptional....except for the hot rooms. The rooms remained 75 degrees, with the humidity in the area my Asthma acted up a bit. Even though the hotel guide says the rooms are individually controlled, they are not. When I complained they lowered it to 74. Would I stay there again? YOU BET!!

The hotel transfer people hold you hostage for your time before they confirm your return trip back. They make you sit through the excursions you are not interested in hearing about. We like to wander on our own.

Perfect hotel for a perfect vacation!
I went with my gf and we stayed there for 6 nights. The view is SUPER! All rooms includes private balconey, it is right at the shore so every day and night I can see the beautiful Carribian Ocean, at night when I sleep I can hear the peaceful wave sound, it does not get better than this! What a super getaway! Other than that, the pool is nice, with a swim up bar, drinks price are acceptable. The shower is awesome, bed is firm but comfy. Overall the room is very clean. I love it! The only set back is you cannot eat or drink in the room, but restaurants and bars are just minute walk from the hotel so we do not care! I will definitely stay again in the future!

The hotel room was beautiful and clean with a great view of the ocean which was about twenty yards from the building my room was in. The beach was secluded and very well maintained. The breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced, with fresh, well prepared food. The bar drinks were great but overpriced, especially the bottled water. Overall this hotel is an excellent value with very good customer service and although the public spaces are not on a grand scale, the rooms and beach at this property are better than those of nearby hotels that I have stayed in that were three times the price.

SUPERB, FANTASTIC, PERFECTION !!!!
We booked this hotel to have our Destination Wedding. We had to depend only on reviews such as this to plan our "wedding-moon" and I was very skeptical and nervous about planning our wedding on line. And I'm happy to say it doesn't get any better than this! Cecelia Garcia was our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure our day was Perfect. The whole vacation including the wedding plans and ceremony was absolute PERFECTION!! It is the Cleanest hotel i have ever been in, and the service was beyond incredible! The pool had the poolside beds, swim up bar and lounge chairs in the water to keep cool. The beach was gorgeous and waiters came down to serve you. The location of the hotel was right near all the night life and shopping markets. This is a FIVE star hotel for less than 5 star money!! This is the best vacation and location we have been to so far :)

Excellent Stay
The only bad thing about the hotel was its restaurants. The pricing was too expensive for mere medicore food. Other than that, the hotel was excellent! The multi lingual staff was helpful. There are 3 pools to choose from that offer comfortable drink and reclining ammenities. And the beach was extemely relaxing with a tremendous view of the Mexican Carribean. The hotel is only a safe, 15 minute walk from popular shops & restaruants. It is a 15 minute bus ride to El Embarcedaro (ferries to Isla Mujeres), and a 20 minute shuttle from to/from CUN airport. There are no problems at night and its safe for women to walk to/from any hotel in the evening. A fantastic Italian & Seafood eatery is across the street and great for a romantic evening for two!

Short walk from hotel
The best way to get around the hotel zone is by bus! Forget the taxi!! Even for an American tourists who usually dont take buses back in the states, taking the bus in CUN is TOO EASY to navigate! Its 15pesos for two people, each ride. You dont even have to bother looking at bus maps, schedules or route numbers. All buses serving the hotel zone serve all hotels and shops (including El Embarcadero) every 7-10 minutes all day/night long. Sorry backpackers, there is no public transport to/from CUN airport. The best way for getting to/from CUN is prebooking a shuttle. It is 30usd r/t per person. This is much cheap than taking a taxi which is 30usd p/p each way. Save the taxi after you've had a long, fulfilling dinner and are too exhausted to take the bus.

Beautiful smaller Cancun hotel
It was a brief stay . We had some nice meals at the hotel and enjoyed the beach, the pools , and a beautiful room with balcony and great ocean view. It is a lovely hotel , friendly staff, and for us was a great value.
