Service at the Oriental Restaurant comes from its own kitchen, which acts as a satellite of the main kitchen which it is interconnected. This is my first time writing a review.iam pretty lazy about writing reviews but this is an exception...all i can say is wow!!!! I staid at the royal towers and the room was perfect the staff was friendly and funny they actually loved their job and it was the best vacation ive had...so i have to say is....thank you for making it special for me and my girlfriend

Best.Week.Ever
After booking this hotel we weren't really what to expect as the reviews weren't great. To be honest, the beds and variety in food left a bit to be desired...But let me tell you...This ended up being the best vacation ever. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and ended up meeting some of the greatest people and had a blast. The staff is beyond amazing...The entertainment staff (Carlos, Diego, Arturo, Benjamin) and the bartenders (Erik, Geovanny, Saul) all made our trip memorable. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay but be aware families...
We loved the hotel, service and amenities. Great place, beach, pool and rooms. Just be aware that this hotel was adults only a year ago so if you have young children you will not be able to go to the 2 restaurants "a la carte". Also, men can only wear long pants and closed shoes for the restaurants. So, if you have kids younger than 12 you are stuck on the buffet for dinner. It's not bad food, it is just not enough variety. Anyway, we were looking for a great beach and pool and we found it. Great place!

Best Vacation Ever.
The Cancun Grand Park Royal Caribe, was a very great hotel for the price. As you first walk in to register you are welcomed with a signature alcoholic drink! and checking in is a breeze, and you get helped all the way to your room. During my stay i got an upgrade once i got there and i stayed in the Royal Tower which is one of the nicer buildings of the resort. The view from our room was just breathtaking, The food at the hotel was just OK, nothing out of this world good, room service food was believe it or not the best. The entertainment staff kept everyone busy and entertained. Maria , Benjamin, Diego were the fun ones! The cantineros knew me by name, they were amazing. Tipping the staff that works in service is well appreciated since in Mexico they dont make good wages. Located right next to the beach, and walking distance to shopping malls, and nightlife such as Cocobongo which i reccomend to go to. and Senor Frogs which is a fun time as well. I am deff going back next year to this place.

El Mirador, this is an Italian restaurant inside the resort, it was very good. but just try not to think and compare it to The Olive Garden, not like it at all.

Cancun Caribe Park Royal Grand - All Inc
We stayed for 4 days and took advantage of the all inclusive resort. The beach was amazing, every thing was clean and everyone was nice and helpful. The food could have been better and the bar could have stayed open a little later. They have a buffet for every meal. but the best part is the chef at the buffet. In the mornings he/she will make an omelet with pretty much anything or any type of pasta on Italian night, etc. Room service and the snack bar had the most American food if you miss home. Room service is 24 hours and they are very quick and it is very good. I also wish the wi-fi in the lobby was extended throughout the hotel, but they have a business center and regular Internet available for a price. There are two pools. The large one is more for kids and families. They have a volleyball net and games. The smaller one has a swim-up bar and appears endless as it pours into a kiddie pool at a lower level and overlooks the ocean. Overall it was great.

The room service menu is limited, but had some of the best food at the hotel. It is 24 hours, served fast and excellent. Even after the buffet stops serving breakfast you can still get it via room service.It is largely American and pretty limited though. Also, don't forget to take advantage of the mini-bar. They will re-fill it daily.

Lovely vacation!

beautiful resort

Great Hotel and Food. Great Beach
We are very happy wit the hotel. The only negative experience was that the travel agency (Royal Holiday) in the hotel got us into 1 hr 30 minutes lecture about their club membership and it actually took >3 hr. Their European manager was very rude once he realized that we will not be singing up for their membership. Do yourself a favor and don't show that you are interested, after talking to the first guy and talking to their manager, say that you are not interested (22K for 30 years for 15K points per year), they will then make you an offer for 16K with bunch of goodies and free travel.
