Grand Oasis Cancun All Inclusive

The hotel was amazing. The entire staff the works here is excellent and so nice. I felt so appreciated and everyone with me loved the service. There is so much to do and the pools and beach were beautiful. Everything was clean and there was a lot of space. Never had any problems or complaints. Food was delicious and they had so much variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cancun. Thank you Grand Oasis for an awesome and unforgetable vacation.

Gorgeous grounds and beautiful hotel. I felt like I was in paradise. The location was perfectly situated on the main hotel strip and convenient to the airport and nightlife. The food was good--not spectacular. This place is mainly for couples or singles, not so much for families--lots of partying and loud music. The standard hotel room is also a bit on the small side, compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Cancun. Despite some of the drawbacks, overall, we had a fantastic experience and we would go back.

My boyfriend and I have been to this hotel twice already, and we still haven't had the chance to experience all that the Grand Oasis has to offer. The pools are always clean, well kept, and wrap around the entire hotel. The food is amazing at every restaurant and every night they have something different and unique. The presentation at the buffets is stunning and always perfect. The foam party is so much fun, but the hotel is quiet enough at night in case partying isn't your thing. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the bartenders. The beach can be a bit rocky, but that depends on the weather. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Cancun, and were planning to go back as long as we can.

For Spring Break this year, my best friend and I ventured off to Cancun and stayed at the Grand Oasis Cancun hotel. This was my second time, and yet again not ONE thing disappointed me. All the employees treat you amazingly, gorgeous ocean front room, constant water bottle refill and a complimentary bottle of tequila to start off our trip the right way. Not to mention great food and awesome swim up bars and even a sushi bar NEXT to the regular bar outside. Contests and lots of sunshine made our Spring Break get-away THAT much better. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good time. We loved Oasis!!! And we LOVE Cancun!!!

We stayed at this resort back in 2008 and at the time we felt it was a good value and that our room and the staff were good. This time we were very disappointed. The first time we were in our room we noticed that the fridge did not work, the center support legs on the bed were broken, and the bathroom was very poorly finished. The edges of the bath tub were not finished, the walls were bubbled from water damage and just painted over, the ceiling was the same as the walls, the paint job they had done was horrible, paint just slung everywhere no clean up was done afterwards, and finally the sink leaked enough every night for the puddle on the floor to reach the hallway. We immediately contacted the management about the issues we found. We were told that they would send someone to our room to check it out. We were told to go back afterwards and see if it was up to par the only thing that was done was the fridge was working, nothing else was done. We told them that it was not ok and they told us to check back in the morning and they would get us moved. Morning came and we were told to check back at noon and then at 4 and then the next morning, and then at noon again. This went on for 3 days before we finally gave up and just stayed in the room. The food was average at best. The facilities were not very well maintained or clean. Their V.I.P. breakfast is an obnoxious time share pitch that I would advise to avoid at all costs. To make a short story long and unbearable I will never be back to the Grand Oasis and wouldn't advise anyone else to go there either.

The hotel was amazing. Great location and has everything that you would ever need at a hotel. I would recommend the Grand upgrade since access to the VIP bar/lounge was key when every other bar was packed. Also the view from the Grand Oasis Building was amazing. Right on the beach and off the beaten path a ways. Read reviews for hours before coming here and I'm not sure how people can complain so much. We went during one of the busiest weeks and the service was awesome!

If you are looking for a spring break experience, there is none greater than this one. Celebrities, open bars, and thousands of students grace one half of the hotel to create the craziest atmosphere you could ever imagine. However, the other half of the hotel was all families and children. It is almost as if the hotel was split in two by a wall as neither side really ventured over to each others. Highly recommended either way. Amazing beaches and rooms, high quality food, and a great staff.

High value entertainment experience great for either college students or families. Total entertainment experience.

First of all checking in/out was a terrible experience. This is a very ordinary hotel there are better in Cancun for the same price.The beaches are nice, as they are in the whole hotel zone and the pools are kept clean. There is nothing special about this place that will make us come back and this is our 5TH visit to Cancun.
