Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

We really enjoyed our vacation! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and made sure we didn't have to lift a finger. Great location and great food!

This is not a 5 star hotel, but it comfortable the food is good and the staff is very good.

Not a fancy place, but it is clean the staff is great and you can.t have a better location. The food is good and you don't have to have reservations except for the Mexican Restaurant

Bad food. Bad drinks. It's in a good location tho.

3rd time here, however, seems to be more and more kids each time we come. its not really an issue except in the evening the kids should not be allowed in the bar area, taking up seats from the couples that can consume drinks. some families were at the swing bar till 11:30pm some evenings. i know its mexico but these children were under 10. might be time to move on..... if you have a family its a great place to go

Had the best vacation at Dreams Cancun! The staff was excellent & your enjoyment was their first priority. Our room in the preferred tower was well worth the extra cost - quiet, romantic & simply huge. Dreams beach on the ocean side has had breakers installed which made for a great swimming experience without fear of being pulled under by huge waves. The one complaint we had is that the restaurants were very hot & stuffy & the food could have been much better. The room service menu is very limited but good.

Overall it was just OK. First, the hotel needs some TLC (tender, love and care), some areas are very old and look neglected. I would recommend some mayor renovations to the rooms, specially the pyramid in front of the dolphins/ocean. Also, I would recommend to get rid of that "lagoon" and in its place get a bigger swimming pool, especially with high occupation of families there were times in the day that we could not relax at the pool because its so tiny and full of kids. The staff is not very friendly in general, but especially in the pool and beach area it was a pain to get service and once you get the attention of some waiter, he will disappear for hours, BAD SERVICE!!! I had to go to the bar and the snack bar from the beach by myself to get drinks and food. The concierge and front desk attendants had very bad attitudes on the last day, we did not have cash for the taxi and they just said that all taxis just take cash, but instead of looking for a solution for us they were very indifferent and did not give us any options (for example, charging to room hence credit card like others do).

We slept with the noises of dolphins. Meals could be better. Mexican restaurant was a nice gesture of the hotel. The hospitality was perfect.

I am a return visitor to Dreams . I had not been back in about 5 years. It shows a little age but despite that it makes up by the attentative staff, great location for walking distance to the hotspots, entertainment and food quality. I would definitely stay again but room upgrades need to be made like flat screen TV's and painting in some places that show age. Also, the spa staff experience seems to have declined so ask for a experienced person .

The room was in the Club Tower which was nice. The View was absolutely astonishing. We got free WiFi in club Tower which sometimes would dropout. But, it still was good enough for just checking in on things. The bathroom was a disappointment. It needed renovating. I don't like the fact that they don't have bracelets. The staff worked hard to keep guests happy! The weather was really windy during our stay the last week of April. The hotel is more geared towards families.
