Beach Palace - All Inclusive

The Staff at Beach Palace were wonderful; amazing and attentive and hard workers.

We stayed at Beach Palace in Cancun for 6 days and had a wonderful time. The staff was courteous, friendly, and attenative. The best part of the trip was the $1500 credits. We used the credits on swimming with the dolphins, romantic dinner, spa and tequila!! We also had dinner at the Japanese restaurant at Cancun Palace. The food at all the restaurants was 5 star, and the welcome drink was the BOMB!! Our favorite bartender was Wilbert!! Thanks Wilbert for making sure I had the best BIRTHDAY! The Bonus points sets this all-inclusive hotel chain appart from the rest. On top of all the food and drink our stomachs (and livers) could handle, we had 1,500 points to spend. My fiancee and I used them on a massage at the spa, a boat ride to Isla Mujeres, a tour to Tulum and a few bottles of great tasting wine to bring back home with us.

Place is amazing! view, service, food, staff, everything was amazing. For younger crowd, you can take taxi or walk to nearby bars for little more excitement. Hotel offers all sorts of excursions, we tried zip-line, Mayan tour and so on. Very family friendly!

Good food, but no snacks available all of the time. Poor service at the buffet area and missing more choices.

it was our second year returning to beach palace hotel and it was great. weather was nice, food was great and excellent service. this time it was very busy in the restaurants and took longer to get our food. Hello and thank you the Senor manager in the restaurants. very hard working people made our trip very interesting. thanks to Isabel waitress and [...] on the front desk. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches, swimming pools, all-inclusive amenities and support staff. However, the front desk was dishonest, not very friendly and incompetent. The room was not ready; the safe was locked; our luggage was not sent up to our room and two calls and a visit to the front desk resulted in nothing but lies. we spent our first 4 hours waiting in the room for unfulfilled promises of getting our luggage sent up and opening the safe. When our daughter's family arrived later the same day, they were given only one bed for their reservation for 4 people and were told by the same check-in lady that it was all they had, take-it-or-leave it. Arguments and more lies later, she was given the wrong room (number written down by a different front desker) and wound up with the porter having to open up the door and a naked woman inside screaming.

The resort credit is fantastic. We took 3 excursions, had a couple's massage, shopped in the jewelry store and left with 3 tequila packages! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The all inclusive resort along with the resort credit, make this a great value.

Great family vacation thanks to [...].We stayed in family connecting rooms, very comfortable, came with XBox for the kids. Good food, great beach, fantastic service. The $1500 palace bucks were a very nice plus, we used it for swim with dolphins, spa, jewelry shop, hair braids for daughter and haircut for son.

We stayed at the Beach Palace from 6-17/26 for 10 days, with our parents, our second visit to BP, there first visit to Cancun, and Beach Palace. EXCELLENT: Hotel staff, Location, room itself (double jazucci) in every room, always clean/confortable, king bed. Palace bucks ($2000). Service, hotel size small (287rooms)Dinner in Italian, steak restaurants, Breakfast buffet, and pool lunch grills, Beach itself. Skyview rooftop bar/pool complex day/night. Alcohol drinks. Free phone calls to U.S., and free wi-fi throughout the hotel. GOOD: Asian restaurant, and dinner buffet. The main pool area. Both bars sports/lounge. Free access, and shuttle bus to other palace resorts (Cancun/Moon/Sun). Nightly entertainment shows in the hotel. AVERAGE: Three hot tubs, but were luke warm usually. Small lobby area, no real shade at the pool outside of the bar area, or unbrellea's no palm trees, small kids club. POOR: Nothing Palace bucks program allows you to free room upgrades/spa/tours/special dinners/pictures and other perks like tequilla gift sets, limo rides etc. We did Romantic dinner on Beach, Dinner with the Chef, $400 dollars in the spa- 50 minute massages/Facial, and Pedicure. Also we upgraded from base resortview to Lagoonview room on 10th floor. Parents went to Tulum as well, all for FREE. The location for this hotel at 11.5KM, is right close, or in the heart of it all. La Isla mall is 0.3 miles south, and Flamingo Mall is 0.2 miles north. The nightclub scene is about 1.5-2.0 miles north. Easily reached by bus for 80 cents. There was no bugs-mosquitos/ants/bees/flies anywere, just a few birds. The hotel, and Cancun, was totally SAFE, no worries 0.00 on crime, or drug activity. If your considering going to Cancun, and staying at the Beach Palace, I highly recommend the hotel, you won't be disappointed.
