Highest repeat business guest hotel in downtown. Ambiance suites offer 48 guest rooms with LCD TV and IPOD docking station.
Premium bedding consisting of pillow top beds and Egyptian cotton linens. Pillow menu available.
Free wired and wireless internet and free long distance calls (Mexico and USA).
Marble bathrooms with shower, phone, organic amenities and hair dryers.
French Chef Laura Bellizzia's Bistro 227 open from 7 am to 11 pm..

All the comforts of home
Checking in was the worst part. The desk clerk didn't offer any information, didn't explain anything about the hotel, the area, or the amenities offered. When we asked about shuttle service he only posed one (and the most expensive) option. Other than that the stay was excellent. The room is clean and comfortable, all the amenities you would expect in a business suite.

Far from the maddening crowd !
Just a bus ride from the beach & miles away from the all inclusive deals-great big, clean rooms with plenty of toileteries & helpful staff ! V close to ADO bus stastion also . Breakfast was a little lacking though -just coffee & toast-you had to pay for tea or anything extra ! Good value !

Good hotel for just one night
We stayed here for one night after a week at the Riviera Maya. The hotel is kind of difficult to find. There are various restaurants around the vecinity but I didn't try any. Restaurant at the hotel closes early on Sunday so we had to go to the Hotel Zone to get dinner. We didn't eat breakfast because we had to check out early. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It's great to have free WiFi and many TV channels. Pool was small and it doesn't get much sun. Is an okay hotel for one night.

Very good hotel at a good price. Perfect if you are not a beach type. Close to major mall. If you are in Cancun for surgery, in my opinion this is your best choice!

An excellent hotel in downtown Cancun
We stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel is quite new; very clean and modern. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. We arrived around 10pm and the staff directed us to a small open-air restaurant right across the street (next to an Oxxo store). Although we could not speak Spanish and pretty much ordered the foods by pointing at the menu, we had some of the best authentic Mexican foods, with very reasonable price. It made up feel we were in Mexico right away (which is very different from many of the high-end restaurants in the Hotel zone later in the week). We will stay at this hotel again next time we go to Cancun.

comfy room, good location
spacious n comfy room. Wifi, gym n a small pool. Not along the hotel or beach zone but walking distance to Plaza las Americas mall. Easy to get to the beach zone by taking bus #27 at about 8 peso. Basic breakfast of coffee, juice n toast but enough. Additional items are payable.
