EVERYONE is wonderful!!! From the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Had a great room!!! Swam in a great pool!!! Ate great food!!! Had a great time!!!!

The bad about this Hotel
#1 when I check in they charge me extra for parking space, when I did the reservation they toll me the parking was inluded,and the "MOST IMPORTANT TO ME" the bed chothing and pillows small terrible,breakfast was not included,The only good thing was !!!staff are very frindly!!! the beach is at loooong walking distance etc.etc.

ok location simple accomod., no luxury
don't book a studio at this place, kitchen wasn't usable and extra cleaning fee of 10 usd/day applies when you use the fridge, had a water piple exploiding during night and flooding the room

My worst experience
If I compared my trips with others. My experience was really bad. The room needed some internet jacks and some outlets. The elevator was dirty. Your front desk staff was not courteous. My first contact with them, it was extremely bad. The hotel had all services locked like we were criminals. I was not thinking about taking something but that makes feel like you are a bad person.

Ok for the price...
Its a hotel for young people to hang out for a few days. I wouln't recommend my parents to go there or people who wants to relax.

wow was very pleased
everything was perfect at this location, just did not like the fact, I paid extra for the studio room, and there was an extra charge of 100 peso a day to use the kitchen

do not use the hotel taxi as its rates are crazy high walk two building down catch taxi and you should be able to go anywhere you want for 6 dollars or less

Had a Blast
during the week its very nice and quiet but then when the weekend rolls in the busses full of people roll in. There is a club directly in from of the hotel but it is steps away from the beach a nd from a huge walmart which was nice and convienient.
