Wonderful value for a 5-star hotel
I liked everything about the hotel, esp. the wonderful view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Would definitely return and stay here. Room was very clean and I liked the luxuries it provided. Not quite sure it was a 5-star hotel, however. But no complaints!

Long walk from hotel
Go shopping for fruits and vegetables at the shopping markets (high-end foot items and deli) underneath the Petronas Towers. Eating restaurant food is nice but not for every meal--we need fruits and vegetables too! :)

Warm Weather Couple
1st time Visitor
My husband and I were very delighted with this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and our room was quite large. Our room was located on the residence wing of the building. We were delighted with the fact that we could have made a meal in the kitchenette if we wanted to...all the utensils, pots and pans were provided. We would choose this hotel again.

If you want to taste a variety of foods, go to the "Food Republic" the food court at the Pavilion mall. The best value in town!

Great location hotel in btw KLCC and BinTang
Prince hotel need to improve its staff service, with more customers engadgement, and good working attitude. Otherwise, it has a good location, just a little walk to KLCC and Pavillion. The room bed is not so comfortable, but overall the room is big enoguh for westerners.

Its a two thumbs up for the hotel. The staff were polite and kind. The rooms which I was in was brillant and the hotel facilities were perfect. Its a nice place to be in for honeymooners and family get-away... Bound to return to stay at Prince Hotel & Residence....

My husband and I stayed for 3
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in May 2011 and found the Prince Hotel delightful. The staff were very friendly and the pool and facilities were excellent. It was very close the major shopping malls and plenty of good restaurants close by. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. We really couldn't fault the hotel at all.

KL amazing
The staff are the most kind and helpful I have ever met, the food is good but can be equalled outside at a lower price. Facilities for couples and families are first class.
