Simply the best!!!
The front
Simply the best!!! The front counter staff even offered to walk us to the bus limou station when he learnt that we do not have umbrella and assist us with our hand luggage while we push our own luggage. Amazing!!!

Very small double room with no space for two luggage. Very good location close to Osaka Station with lots of restaurants and walking distance to major japanese retail chains and transport.

Hearton Hotel
The hotel was close to the station and a very nice shopping district, so very convient. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel room and building was a bit older in style but very clean and comfortable.

Très bon hôtel.
Un très bon hôtel avec un personnel serviable, une propreté exemplaire et pour un établissement japonais des chambres d'une taille raisonnablement pas trop petites. Idéalement situé à deux minutes à pied d'Osaka Station c'est la porte ouverte sur tout le réseau JR. Depuis la vous pouvez accéder à la station de Shin Osaka en 10 minutes puis le Shinkansen vous mènera ou vous le souhaitez. C'est donc à mon avis le port d'attache idéal pour se promener dans la région du Kansai.
