Family vacation

My experience with this resorts, I feel that it's kid friendly. The same food is serve everyday. Except on holidays. The bathroom needs to be updated and beds needs new mattresses not comfortable. Staff isn't friendly. A lot of the excursions are near this hotel which is a good thing you can take a taxi

Friendly staff, nice locale

Stayed there with a big group for a wedding, and had a good stay. About a 2hr ride from the MBJ airport, but the scenery is nice. The buffet food at the resort was good, although some foodies may disagree. The only downside is the natural beach isn't great, but the pools are great, especially for families.

First time in Jamaica

The weather was beautiful and so was the beach. The hotel was old, another company was taking over and it was going to close for 4 months for renovations much needed. The room was clean, one of the lights wasn't working before we got in. I would assume tey check rooms before guests check in. The food wasnt up my standards. Unappealing! Thank god for omelets. People were very nice! I liked that the hotel had free kayaking and voleyball!

Family and Friends Vacation

Myself and a few others was a little disappointed the first night. We was use of the property in Montego Bay, but from that moment on everything went well. The grounds was beautiful and much drinks much food. My cousin was promised a handicap room but when she arrived they said they didn't have handicapped rooms at that resort nor a wheelchair that they would have when she arrived. She found one to rent in the city and that was the worst of this stay. Everything else went beautiful my family had a great time and everyone enjoyed being together for the family and friends vacation the bartenders were great the staff was very good and the food and drinks was plentiful.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

If you go left into town you can find cheaper bargains by the clock. If you go right everything is geared for tourist and the prices are extremely higher. Always barter nothing is final price.

Friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The jerk chicken was amazing. The all best way to enjoy was through the all inclusive experience, being able to eat, snack and drink at your own leisure makes it very comfortable and homey.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

If you go to Dunn's Fall pay for it at Dunn's Fall and it will only cost $20, and if you use the hotel's transportation it's only $10 for a round trip. It comes out cheaper that way.
