Fantastic hotel and lovely animation
Fantastic experience. Good quality food and wide selection. Room large, clean and provided with suitable furniture. Fantastic animation. Nice beach and sport facilities available.The only negative is the fridge that was not working well and was not fixed in 11 days.

Pretty Hotel
The hotel was big and the 24 food service was deceiving. After 10pm all you could have was a cold sandwhich and popcorn. No room service. Took my 20 and 21 year old daughters there for the holidays and within 1 hour of arriving, they were approached at the water's edge to buy drugs. The bed was not comfy, but the room was large and always had hot water. No music in the reservation dining which I found to be strange. Staff was friendly. this was not my first trip to Jamaica and I will go back, just will not stay at this property again.

Summer getaway
The Rui Ocho Rios was a nice hotel. However, it was poorly managed. Little maitanence. our phone did not work, only one key to our room was available for two people. The water was out for hours without notice. They were always out of towels for both the beach and our room. The service staff not very friendly. And there was very little effort to resolve our concerns.
