Never left the resort!
We just got back from a week stay and we had all these plans for excursions ...We never left the resort! We had sooooo much fun the staff, the food, the other guests was Wonderful! The staff was cleaning my room I think every two hours! At first I was annoyed by it but then I figured out the put the sign in the door! lolol what a thing to be annoyed at on vacation "getting your room clean" lolol I would recommend it. Kids was in the resort but they was very good and was on vacation! I don't I heard any crying! Awesome!

We just got back from a week of staying at the Iberostar. It was by far the best vacation we have ever had. We have done "all inclusives" before but this one is lights out. The food, staff, drinks, and facilities are top notch. Every worker there always made sure that we had everything we needed and did it with a smile on their face. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and are kept up with perfection. Our room was huge and we loved the enormous private balcony. All in all, I would highly recommend and we will be going back again.

Reading Week Getaway
We had a wonderful time. Food was the best we have ever experienced at an all inclusive resort. Beach and water activities were top notch. Drinks were free flowing and yummy. Accommodation was good, beds very comfortable. Often rooms were not cleaned till very late. Front desk staff grumpy and not very informative of resort services and amenities. Excellent gym and classes. The Suites is well worth the upgrade from the Beach

we stayed in the SUITES part, we gave it a high rating because everything was just about perfect, the only detraction was there was no RUM in the mini-bar, the staff was friendly, helpful and concerned that we enjoy our stay The resort is very clean. we will be back

Just a.little off
This hotel was almost really good. There were just a bunch of off things and they started to add up. Food started off good and the buffet got worse as the week went on. The first few days they had grilled fish at lunch which was great. Then it was gone. Sme with granola bars, guacamole, absolut vodka, candies at turndown. It was a little odd. Once something was gone it never came back. We had to be at the pool by 7:30 to get a seat. The maid came for turndown service the first night and immediately told us to sign a sheet saying we did not want it. We told her we did. She managed to come back every night when we were in the room ( we we gone 6:15-9) and ask us to sign rather than have her do the room. Star friends were great with our kids.

Great Vacation
The hotel was beautiful, the pools were great, the staff was friendly, the beaches were sandy and the water was rock free and the seaweed was kept to a minimum. The food was the best food I've had at an all-inclusive resort, so many great options in the buffet! The specialty restaurants were just as good (if not a little better than the buffet) but depending on how hot it was at dinner time, I would have been happy to stay in shorts and dine at the buffet rather than put long pants on. The only down side to our stay is that my fiancé’s brand new iPhone 5 was stolen out of our room. We're not sure if someone keyed in to steal it or if we left the door open when we left the room. The doors don't close behind you when you enter or exit the room, if we did leave the door open it could have been a guest and not staff.
