Not bad for the dough
Dunn's River Falls was incredible!!! Sunspree Resort very nice and friendly the only downfall was their food selection and quality.

The good and the bad
When we arrived, noone was very friendly and they didnt explain anything to us. The resort manager finally explained things to me after I made the comment that none of the other staff was explaining anything, especially with it being our first time there. Went to the bar and the bartender looked right at me and kept walking right by me. Took another man at the bar, that I didnt even know, to call him over and ask him to please help me with getting a drink. The friendliness that I expected just wasnt there unfortunately!!! Would have rather paid more money and given up value to have more helpful and friendly staff!!

A resort for all ages
We were there for a wedding which was very well done beautiful location for it , simple but the scenary was beautiful, banquet service & food was great. Service in general at the hotel very good. I would have liked a night club at the hotel. I would come back definitely. Rooms were kept very clean .

MY STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN IN JAMAICA
THE HOTEL IS NICE AND SO IS THE STAFF. I JUST FEEL THAT THEY COULD HAVE A BETTER VARIETY OF FOOD AND FOR OVER NIGHT GUESS THE PRICE SHOULD BE CHEAPER

Very relaxing holiday with many choices of water sports, games, tennis and group games if you decided to leave your chair and get active. Loved Breakfast and Lunch salads....dinner good too. Lots of drinks..different drink of the day!

Funloving Family
Great vacation resort for the price!
The resort was wonderful, had everything we needed. Snorkeling around the little island at the resort was great. WE love the Chuppka canopy tour on the zip lines, guides were great. We also enjoyed The Dunn River Falls trip. We wish we knew about Illumina Bay where everything glows!

There are great inexpensive little shops, right across the street from the resort that you can do on your own without paying for the tour bus to Montego Bay.

Good for the money
Rooms were sufficient. I think they are remodeling but our room had not been. Bathroom just old. Seemed clean though, just a bit run down. Had ocean view and it was just that. Could not get much closer. Pool is nice and beaches are too. Water very shallow, so cannot really swim. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help (except for the one girl in the towel and water sports hut). Food was pretty good, not exceptional but not terrible either. My 14 year old did get a bit bored. We did the horseback riding and the zipline tours. Both were great. I thought for the money we spent, it was a good deal.

Great place to vacation
We were there for our 20th anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better resort. Everything was great the room, food, and nightly entertainment. Will make this one of vacation hot spots.

We were treated wonderfully. Alot of activities for all ages. The food was really good especially the italian resteraunt( Sorrento). Everyone was really nice and fun

In Hotel
You have to go to Dunns Falls. This is a one in a lifetime experience. You actually climb up the waterfalls.

Adults on March vacation
spring break
We stayed during Spring Break so we expected it to be busy, but it didn't seem like the hotel was prepared for it. We got very slow service, you had to wait in lines for drinks, food etc. The buffets were not the best, we were disappointed in the evening entertainment as well. The first several days were didn't get any water pressure due to problems with the system. I am not sure if these things were happening due to being at full capacity. Again they shouldn't have booked the rooms if the hotel facility and staff couldn't handle the load.
