Not what I expected
We experienced a confusion related to the roomm booking which was dealt with less than satisfactory by the staff on the night. However when we explanijed this the next morning the staff on duty and the female Mananger on the day were exceptional. They resolved the problem quickly and professionally with a customer service approach which was second to none. The hotel is going through changes which has impacted on the quality you would expect and there is scope for further training for some of the staff at the front desk. The pool area is excellent, ther food is good the manager who resolved our booking and the male staff member are the kind of staff who are maintaining standards throughout the changes and are invaluable to the hotel

Good Location
Nice Hotel. Treated well by everyone, staff very helpful. Across from the hotel is Independence Park which was a nice place to hang out. Also the hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. The sunday buffet brunch was reasonable priced and gives a true example of a jamacian breakfast/brunch.

Stay at Jamaica Pegasus
Excellent Location and very courteous services.We were able to get the types of meals that we wanted compared to the types of meals offered on our last stay at an all inclusive resort on the the North Coast.

Orbitz Problem.....Cancelled Reservation
When I arrived at Hotel I found out that my second reservation was cancelled by ORBITZ without any notification....I tried to find an e mail or tel number to contact ORBITZ....It is not there....I cant deal with Orbitz again as impossible to work this way. C Boak

HOTEL REVIEW
I am very disappointed, the service the Pegasus Hotel provided was unsatisfactory, unfinish & defective.I would never recomend anyone to stay at this hotel the room that I was assigned was very dirty and disgusting I had to complain to the so called general manager i was moved to the 10th floor wich was just a little better the hotel staff were so unprofessional it was such a turn off staying at the Pegasus Hotel I could not wait for the time to be up i was so depress. I had a terrible time in I would never ever recomend anyone to this hotel
