Great location

Staff was very helpful and kind, Hotel has great location, room was clean, very small and specially the shower, very small old t.v, blower very difficult to work with, Hotel needs some upgrades to make it perfect it is a bit expensive as is but overall it was good.

Great base camp

Being right by the Rialto is perfect for getting to anywhere in the city, either by foot or vaporetto. The staff are very welcoming and all speak good English. So there's a bit of peeling paintwork and not all the lights work but that's true of most places in Venice - shabby chic! One moan: no wifi in rooms.

Do NOT fall for the sales pitches of the canalfront restaurants right outside the hotel - utterly ordinary. A short walk in any direction opens up a host of far better options.

situation géographique incomparable à ce tarif. Quartier calme. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu d'ascenseur (gestion des bagages). Le 3ième lit était un lit d'appoint

bon choix

Excellente situation de l'hotel,bon contact et disponibilité du personnel.Bonne maitrise du français du personnel de la réception excepté 1 ou 2 employés.Chambre petite mais confortable à la décoration raffinée.Télévision difficile à mettre en marche.Petit-déjeuner convenable mais la salle est un peu petite selon les heures. Nous sommes globalement satisfaits du choix de cet hotel

situation strategique

Un tres bon hôtel et de bons personnels disponibles et avec qui nous pouvons discuter sans aucun soucis et donnant de bons conseils Sa situation est assez stratégique pour les visites journalières le seul petit bémol notre chambre qui malgré notre belle vue sur le Rialto était mal situé vis a vis des bruits des vaporettos mais ont peut pas tout avoir ...

Tolle Lage

Super Lage direkt am Canale Grande und in der Nähe der Rialto Brücke. Daher ist der Preis ok. Etwas dürftige Ausstattung ( kein gratis WLAN). Das Zimmer war etwas klein und kein grosser Stauraum für das Gepäck. Für ein Weekend absolut ok. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war knapp ausreichend. Keine Auswahl an Käse, Brote (nur Toastbrot) usw.
