A tax has been imposed by the city for stays beginning 1 October 2012, and will be collected directly at the property. The tax ranges from EUR 1 to EUR 5 per person, per night. great for the money
the hotel is 10 minutes by bus (#4) which comes every 10 minutes to the vaporettos in Venice. There is a food, beverage etc store next door.It closes SUNDAY. We didn't have any problems getting to and fro Venice and paid much less than our friends. The room was spotless and the breakfast very good (included)

Great hotel!
We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the location is perfect. There is even a supermarket right next to the hotel. The full and free breakfast tops it all off. The staff speaks good english if there is a need.

A very decent hotel, not really
A very decent hotel, not really 4 star, but clean and comfortable, especially at the very good rate offered (obviously out of season). Very handy for Venice: the bus stop is literally across the road and the bus ride about 10-15 minutes to the station at Piazzale Roma, Venice. Would definitely use it again at the price offered.

Good hotel close to Venice with
Good hotel close to Venice with the bus (every 6 minutes) to Venice in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good quality but not a lot of choice. The rooms are small but clean although a bit noisy. Staff is friendly. Very good price/quality balance. We paid 67 EUR incl. breakfast.

Its a wonderful hotel. Good location, very clean. Very near from Venice. Easy to go to Hotel from Venice SL than Mestre. Direct bus service from Venice SL. Good value for money.

Hotel is nice. Easy to find. Parking is only 10 euro per day. Bus station is in front of hotel (every 6 min. to Venice). It takes 10 minutes ride to Piazzali Roma, then with vaporetto or walk you can continue to discover Venezia.

Good hotel
Very convenient location, next to the bus stop that takes you directly to Venice. You can buy Venice pass, that includes bus and vaporetto rides at the hotel. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Venice itself from the hotel. I stayed there for two nights with my ten year old daughter, she sertainly appriciated english channel on tv and good hot breakfast in the morning. There is also a good supermarket in the same building as the hotel. Even though the hotel itself is located on a busy street, our room was facing the other side of the building and it was very quiet. There is also a bus close by that takes you to the train station, or you can simply walk there if you don't have a lot of luggage. Overall great experience, no complains. Have a good time in Venice!

Venice for one night
The hotel is near a supermarket, a bus station, a bank, a money exchange booth so no big worries in how to move or get what you need. Rooms are confortable and clean. The hotel's restaurant is modest but good. The only problem is when other guests are noisy as you cant communicate with the counter as fast as you will like. Overall, I will still recomend it due to price value.

Great location-great price
Full breakfast comes with many room rates. (Fresh Croissants filled with apple) Most hotels in Venice offer continental breakast. Internet access was free.

Short walk from hotel
Bus transportation to Venice (1.2 Euros)runs frequently from right across the street. Bus from the airport stops a few block away (6 Euros). Supermarket next door is a great way to pick up things to is another great way to save money.
