A tax has been imposed by the city for stays beginning 1 October 2012, and will be collected directly at the property. The tax ranges from EUR 1 to EUR 5 per person, per night. Great location and we were very enjoying to stay there for 2 nights. And the staffs are so friendly and provide us a pack of breakfast to carry while we check out early at 6am. Highly recommended and you won't regret.

Biz trip tourist
Bad experience
Due to expos so all other hotel occupied, far from city center. Wifi failed to work in room even said not working in the room so need to go to lobby to use it.

It's Touristy
This Hotel runs hot & cold. Plenty of tourist trap to get you to buy into the "push" of the day. Maybe Venice is like this all over?

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff. Located in the centre of Venice, just on the Marcus Sqare, with easy access to everything. Next time in Venice, this is where I'll stay.

The Concordia Hotel is exceptional.
The Concordia Hotel is exceptional. The location is unbeatable, the staff are friendly and courteous, the food is good and service is great. Overall, I'd highly recommend it. It's location just North of St. Marks makes is accessible and very convenient. The staff are friendly, warm and always go out of their way to help you with your queries or find solutions for you. Their advice was useful and they made our stay there feel like home. Highly recommended. We've stayed in Venice before and been disappointed with the hotel. Concordia is an exception to prove the rule!

Tranquillité des environs
Avec son emplacement très proche de la Place Saint-Marc il est normal qu'il y ait beaucoup de passage aux alentours de l'hôtel. Mais tous les matins dès 6 heures, dans la rue adjacente, quelqu'un sortait des poubelles tous les quarts d'heure avec un bruit infernal... Bien choisir sa chambre pour être tranquille.

De par son emplacement, on peut visiter à pied la plus grande partie des sites le plus intéressants de Venise, hormis Murano.

Hôtel placé plein centre ville et à proximité des transports publics, Personnel prévenant et parlant français, Literie confortable, Linge changé tous les jours, Petit déjeuner en buffet, copieux Ont rendu notre séjour agréable Seul reproche: Mal isolé des bruits extérieurs.

La plupart des sites sont accessibles à pied. Les embarcadères pour le "vaporetto" sont tout proches pour des excursion dans les îles, rejoindre les musées ou faire une promenade sur le grand canal.

Sehr zentrales sympathisches Hotel
Mitten im Herz von Venedig gelegen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer allerdings in enge Gasse, entsprechend lärmig.

très bel accueil, service impécable, très propre, bon petit déjeuner, points faibles : chambre petite, bruyant (rue très passante, cloches aux heures, voisins de chambre, sommes responsables en voulant être proches de la Place !), vue terasse que l'on voit sur brochure est réservée aux suites.
