New and modern
The interior design of the hotel is modern and the hotel is new. The corridor is very dim. Room is decent size but the room temperature is very low during winter. Can get very cold in the night. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. The distance to San Marco is very far. At least 30mins walk. 1st day may be interesting as there are some shops along the way to San Marco. Repeated walk can be tiring and boring. 15 mins walk fm the train station is not easy especially with luggages as the road are uneven. The hotel is situated at one secluded end. Not convenience for touring Venice by foot unless u are using the water transport most of the time.

Great place when you need to be near transportation hub
New, contemporary hotel. Bathroom was fantastic. Bedroom a little lacking in atmosphere - a little sparce. Very nice breakfast buffet. Very convenient to transportation hub for departure back to the States. Pleasant staff.

Beautiful and clean hotel.
We had the terra suite (which we were upgraded to) and it was very big and beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I wish we had stayed more than one night in Venice. It was a bit of a walk from the train station and to sites but it was still a nice location. The breakfast was good and had a nice garden area to sit in to eat. The only problem was the jacuzzi in our room wasn't working right. Other than that, it was a nice stay. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great Hotel!

Great Hotel
We arrived late, nonetheless the staff was helpful and warm. They gave us a lot of addresses for restaurant and shopping. The room is modern with different light ambiance. Good place for couple who want to meet together and enjoy the city from this hotel.

Hôtel très facile à trouver depuis la piazzale Roma et vaporetto à 30m. Personnel très accueillant parlant français . Chambre spacieuse et très moderne tout en gardant l’âme de Venise . Petit déjeuner très complet.
