good location
Situated between the Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, this was a good location for venturing in many desirable directions. The staff was helpful. Very nice breakfast area with plentiful food items.

Short walk from hotel
An evening at an opera at Grande Scuola is a short walk. Also, it was a short walk to enjoy the nighttime music presentations in Piazza San Marco.

Great value for money
The hotel is in the perfect location. Make sure you have a detailed map and directions to get their from your drop off. Breakfast as delicious! Wifi was good but, signal dropped offen.

Short walk from hotel
Don't buy food and drinks for the first deli etc you find. Stock up on water,juices and snacks from a Coop or general dealer. As you walk around browse menus and pricing, generally the further away from the main streets the better value for money you get.

Good hotel in great location. Nothing over the top and service is typical for italian hotels. Would stay here again

Loved This Hotel
My husband and I LOVED this hotel. It was a very nice boutique hotel centrally located between the Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Hotel staff all spoke perfect English and were very helpful with maps and directions and the front desk had someone available 24 hours a day. Our room was large and clean and decorated in a Venetian style, though we could have used more closet space. The bathroom was modern and had a hair dryer. Breakfast each morning had a nice selection of foods (cheeses, meats, cold cereals, rolls, croisants,yogurt etc)and teas and coffee. There was enough of a selection to please most everyone. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

If you get a chance take a boat ride to Morano, Borano and Torcello Islands. Definitely worth the time.

We chose the canal view room which was fantastic with a bedromm upstairs on a loft. Great decor and very handy to central Venice. the restrurant next door is also very good.

Venice Italy, Canaletto Hotel
This hotel was beautiful. It is great for a single traveler that doesnt want to spend to much money. The staff was very helpful and told me how to get wherever I needed to go. This hotel is in walking distance(5mins) to St. Marks Square.

Shopping in Rialto is a lot less expensive than in St.Marks Square. There is a lot of the same stuff. Shop around for Murano Glass Jewelry. Chances are you will see huge price differences. The small snack stands that have pizza near the canaletto hotel are awesome.

Hôtel très bien situé
Cet hôtel est très bien situé, dans un endroit calme. Les petits déjeuners sont très corrects et le personnel aimable et très efficace. Magnifique séjour dans Venise qui n'usurpe pas son surnom de "Sérénissime"! Seul petit bémol, nous étions 4 personnes dans une chambre idéale pour 2 personnes...

EXELLENT SEJOURS
Hotel tres bien situé, au coeur de VENISE,propre ,bien insonnorisé ,petit dej correct, les moins..internet payant ,alors que dans tous les bars et restaurants c'est gratuit !! un ecran de television vraiment trop petit posé presque par terre !!!!!

très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel prévenant, courtois, polis mais discret. Le seul petit bmol c'est qu'au moment de la réservation je n'ai pas pu préciser 1 lit deux personnes et nous avons eux une chambre avec des lit jumeaux. Il est très bien situé. SANDRINE
