bien mais sans plus

très bon emplacement et chambre correcte seul gros bémol quant au petit-déjeuner (peu de choix et le dimanche à 9h00 il n'y avait plus de pain de mie...et non réapprovisionné) dommage car le reste est tout à fait agréable mais comptetenu du prix on s'attend dans cette gamme à un petit-déjeuner complet

Temps d'un rêve

Visite à pied de Venise, dégustations de leurs excellents cafés, achats patisseries et souvenirs de venise. L' ornement des lieux, l'accueil extrêmement chaleureux, le goût des choses bien faites et présentées puis l'aura particulière de Venise en font un souvenir impérissable§

j ai passe un tres bon week end et le personnel a ete tres serviable et pret a m aider puisque j ai oublie d imprimer mon billet retour et grace a leur service qui a couté3 euro , ils m ont fait gagne 117 euro tchao

Certaines chambres se trouvent à l'extérieur de l’hôtel. Obligation de se rendre à l’hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner (250 mètres). Pas de wifi. Aucun francophone.

deception de l'hotel choisi

Emplacement ideal au centre de venise. J'ai aimé la literie de ma chambre ( 'matelas dur ) Mais c'est tout:..... le personnel devrait retouner à l'école hotelière pou reapprendre l'accueil des clients et surtout le sourire...qui manquait ...Si je devais revenir à Venise, je chercherai d'abord ailleurs...Un peu plus de choix au petit déjeuner serait le bienvenu.pour un' buffet ' Personnellement j'estime cet hôtel de catégorie 2 étoiles

bonne prestation

la chambre était petite , propre donnant sur une rue étroite et très animée . L'adresse est assez difficile à trouver car la rue change de nom en allant vers la place St Marc, il faudrait envoyer un plan d'accès très précis aux futurs voyageurs . Nous avons constaté que les demi- bouteilles d'eau plate étaient très chères au restaurant de l'hotel , 9 euros pièce.!

la premiere fois

superb emplacement pres de la place St Marco pres des restaurants, des boutiques etc etc. Dommage que j avais une chambre qui donnait sur une cour , et le soir une petite télé avec une seule chaine française ,et des oreillers trop dur. Le personnel tres a l'ecoute et parlant français l'hotel agreable et propre.

Chambre

Chambre très, très petite.... Venise étant une destination où on marche beaucoup, faire une coupure à l'hôtel est appréciable, mais dans une chambre de cette taille, ce n'est pas très incitatif. Pour un séjour de deux nuits ça passe, mais plus non. Prévoir une catégorie de chambre supérieure. Sinon très bien situé.
