Room without a view - be aware!!
We arrived at our hotel excited at being in Rome and looking forward to seeing our double deluxe room. We were a party of 2 adults and one 6 year old. Simone was called to take our suitcase and we were taken no more that 60ft past a lovely cafe area to a glass patio style door - this was our bedroom. It was maintained to the highest standard but had no windows other than the glass double door which opened out onto the cafe area. The air conditioning did not appear to work and the room felt uncomfortable stuffy. The only way of getting any air in was via the door but because of the cafe you would have to keep the curtains shut for any privacy - it was very claustrophobic. We went to reception to let them know that we weren't happy with the room, They asked us to give them 10 mins and, as they had no other room that could accommodate 3 people, they came back with the option for us to move to one of their other hotels, The Navona Palace, this was also 5 star, near the Navona Square, they also upgraded us to a suite for free - the room was fab!! The staff were very accommodating but something about the room should be on the website - I can't see any photos of the double deluxe, which is perhaps a warning! The hotel is in a great location and maintained to the highest standard, but be aware of the deluxe double room you may not get what you bargained for.

Perfect location
Great location, great staff. Charming redone hotel, with a lovely breakfast. Close to good restaurants,sites ,the Trevi fountain, & shopping.....

The presidente restaurant is a couple doors down. Great food, reasonable prices. We ate their 2x's in 2 days.

Super zentrales Hotel
Der Empfang war etwas kühl. Das Zimmer klein und nicht 5 Sternestandard. Die Nächte waren sehr laut! Das Frühstück war gut, wenn aber eher in unfreundlicher und kühler Atmosphäre. Die Hilfeleistungen des Personal/Reception waren eher schwach und unfreundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist genial!

sehr gut gelegenes, schönes Hotel
war sehr angenehm überrascht. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Für ein Hotel sehr gute, bequeme Betten, komplett neu renoviertes, ruhiges Zimmer. Feines Frühstücksbuffet, ausgezeichneter Capuccino, alle wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind im Fussweg bequem erreichbar.

Bra hotell mitt i smeten
Lyxigt, städning 2 ggr per dag, takterass, 2 badrum, etagesvit, gratis minibar, takbjälkar. Allt var toppen. Det enda inte var tipp topp var frukosten. Lite torftig och mycket kakor. Låg på värsta turistgatan så det kan vara både bra och dåligt. Gångavstånd till allt om du gillar att röra på dig (inom 3 km har du allt du vill se)

Excellent séjour
A faire absolument si vous souhaitez visiter Rome à pied. Tous les grands monuments sont accessibles. Pour notre premier séjour à Rome avec deux ados de 13 et 15, c'était fabuleux. Nous reviendrons.

Prenez absolument un guide pour visiter le Colysée et le Forum. Demandez Raffaella à l'office du tourisme à côté du Colysée. Elle est géniale.

Korkeintaan neljän tähden hotelli
Ilmastointi ei toiminut huoneessa ja siitä kerroimme heti ensimmäisenä päivänä, mutta siihen ei puututtu tai korjattu mitenkään. Toinen asia. Jos on viiden tähden hotelli, niin aamiainen oli korkeintaan kolmen tähden hotellin luokkaa. Vihanneksia ei ollut ollenkaan tarjolla ja muutenkin aamiaistarjonta oli suppea. Ei vastannut hintatasoa.
