No Internet! Room BOILING HOT 78 deg F
Room and location were fine. They offer internet, however, it is a weak signal and doesn't pick up in all parts of the hotel including my room. I tried with 2 different iphones and an ipad. If you move to a different part of the hotel, it works. Very disappointing. I had to pay a lot more money to buy a local SIM card and an internet plan. I stayed there in March. They heat the rooms to a rediculous 78 degrees F (25 degrees C). They refuse to turn on the AC or lower the heat. Very uncomfortably hot.

Invisible Place
When you get to the hotel, you don't think it's a hotel. Very small entrance and elevator. But when you get t the top, it's quite nice!

Great Experience! Loved it!
This hotel was great. The location does not get any better. You walk out of the hotel and at the top of the street you are at the top of the Spanish Steps. We walked everywhere; never had to take a cab or the metro. The room was brand new and very, very clean. The bathroom was amazing for European standards; it was large, very clean, with a tub and a waterfall shower. We loved it! Complimentary breakfast was very good every day. The only downside was the "lobby" is on the 5th floor and the elevator is small for people and suitcases, but they will be moving that to the first floor since they are renovating. We will definitely stay there again. Great experience.

Unbeatable location for the price
Good service , very clean, friendly staff . Perfect location . Had a great experience. However the beds were uncomfortable .

Nice Hotel with modern amenities. close to spanish steps/popolo and trevi fountain. tiny elevator that can be scary.

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla
Siisti hotelli. Hissi oli epäkunnossa, joten oli käytettävä portaita. Aamiainen, joka on riittävä mutta tavanomainen vain kylmine tarjoiluineen, tarjoillaan 5. kerroksessa.

Gutes Hotel im Umbau
Während drei Nächten waren wir im Hotel. Die Reception ist noch ein Provisorium da einzelne Zimmer renoviert werden und der Lift geht nicht was etwas mühsam ist zum Frühstück in den 5. Stock.

Aurinkoinen Rooman kevät
Hotelli sijaitsi keskeisellä paikalla, 3 minuutin kävely espanjalaisille portaille. Aamupala riittävä, vaikkei mitään ison hotellin tasoa. Hotellissa oli remontti käynnissä, asuimme 5 kerroksessa:) Hissi ei ollut käytössä, mistä ei ollut mitään etukäteisilmoitusta. Onneksi hotellilla käytiin vain nukkumassa, joten portaita ei tarvinnut kävellä kuin kerran päivässä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
