No Internet! Room BOILING HOT 78 deg F
Room and location were fine. They offer internet, however, it is a weak signal and doesn't pick up in all parts of the hotel including my room. I tried with 2 different iphones and an ipad. If you move to a different part of the hotel, it works. Very disappointing. I had to pay a lot more money to buy a local SIM card and an internet plan. I stayed there in March. They heat the rooms to a rediculous 78 degrees F (25 degrees C). They refuse to turn on the AC or lower the heat. Very uncomfortably hot.

Invisible Place
When you get to the hotel, you don't think it's a hotel. Very small entrance and elevator. But when you get t the top, it's quite nice!

Great Experience! Loved it!
This hotel was great. The location does not get any better. You walk out of the hotel and at the top of the street you are at the top of the Spanish Steps. We walked everywhere; never had to take a cab or the metro. The room was brand new and very, very clean. The bathroom was amazing for European standards; it was large, very clean, with a tub and a waterfall shower. We loved it! Complimentary breakfast was very good every day. The only downside was the "lobby" is on the 5th floor and the elevator is small for people and suitcases, but they will be moving that to the first floor since they are renovating. We will definitely stay there again. Great experience.

Unbeatable location for the price
Good service , very clean, friendly staff . Perfect location . Had a great experience. However the beds were uncomfortable .

hôtel encore en travaux. ascenseur bruyant contre la chambre! ouverture fenêtre sur un échafaudage! odeur des égouts salle de bains et pas de tablettes pour poser les affaires. Bq de poussière à cause des travaux (il fallait enjamber les pots de peinture à la sortie de la chambre) wifi en panne et pas de réseau tél. IL fallait descendre à la réception pour la connexion.

Sauberes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen
Kleines, sauberes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für diese Preisklasse wirklich gut und reichhaltig. Die Renovationsarbeiten haben uns nicht gestört, das diese grösstenteils in der Etage abgeschlossen waren. Nur das WIFI hat in der Etage nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten immer in die Lobby. Dort funktionierte dieses. Leider wurde es in den vier Tagen, die wir dort waren, nicht repariert. Na ja, in Italien geht eben alles ein bisschen langsamer. Auch braucht man ja nicht immer mit dem Rest der Welt verbunden zu sein. Man ist ja in den Ferien, und Rom hat wirklich allerhand zu bieten. Alles in Allem.....empfehlenswert.
