Reasonably all round Hotel

Plus Points: 1. Great sites in walking distance. 2. Good food all around in the neighbourhood 3. Good staff and very clean. Minus Points: 1. No coffee pot in the room 2. No toaster in the dining area. Cold toasts for breakfast not a good idea. 3. The double bed mattress is made up of two single mattresses. The result is , there is ahump in the middle of the bed. quite uncomfortable.

Short sightseeing break 28/09/12 to 30/09/12

Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and very clean (and Im quite fussy about cleanliness!). Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We had coffees and drinks from the hotel bar which were not particulary expensive (E7.50 for a pot of coffee and a beer). The hotel is a comfortable and interesting walk from the main sights. Plenty of bars/restaurants in the hotel area which were significantly cheaper than those in the more popular areas. We travel quite a lot for business and pleasure and would definately use this hotel again and recommend to family and friends.

Would highly recommend

Stayed at this hotel for 9 days last year and although the location isn't ideal I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. If you have ever been to Rome before you know the city is walkable from almost everywhere. The free breakfast everyday is awesome. I can't wait to get back for just that. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff were fine. The local restaurants are great. Looking to back this year.

There is a restaurant that does a prix fixe dinner for $30 euro that is out of this world.
