simply excellent.very clean and large room.the staff was very helpful and instructed us perfectly.the breakfast was one of the best i had ever had.the only downside is the distance to the nearest metro station but it really is of no real significance

Hotel in italy
I need to bring to your attention that when my husband and I went to check out they wanted to charge us again. They stated they never take advance payment. We should them out itinerary and that our bank out was already charged. They took a copy of everything and said they were still going to charge us again. You need to look into this for us. They also were going to give us a different rate than you did. For six night they were going to only charge 479 euro, this is less than we paid in US.
