Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort Lombok

I stayed at the Sheraton Sengigi Beach Resort for 2 nights. The resort overall in general is clean and great value for money given the breakfast and late checkout. Their friendliness and helpfulness is a definitely a thumbs up. However, some of the details that could make or break the overall ratings of this property is still apparently. 1) The milk jug on over table had a small fly that apparently drowned in the milk. 2) There were red ants, mosquitoes and baby lizards in my room even though I had kept the doors closed throughout my whole stay. Even the balcony door stayed closed. 3) The mosquitoes came at night and was disturbing me in my sleep. Being a light-sleeper I hear the buzzing of the mosquitoes and was almost immediately woken up. I think if the property manager is able to keep in check such details, the stay would have been perfect for me. Either then that that the resort had great location, facilities and is generally a good place to stay in.

This is a great resort. Sevice and facilities were first class, with staff going out of their way to be helpful. The grounds and pool were amazing and it was possible to just chill at the resort with no trouble at all. Although the restaurant was a little pricey, the buffet breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.

A recent stay at The Sheraton Senggigi was a real treat. While its not the world's best hotel, it is certainly well serviced and facilities were excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms are clean and well setout and the staff were fantastic. The service from the staff was first rate. The restaurants' food was fabulous, varied and very tasty. We were very satisfied. Keep it up Sheraton!

great location right at the lovely beach, best place in senggigi, delicious huge breakfast buffet and dinner at romantic pool recommendable. enjoyed swimming in the big beautiful pool and to relax beside it or in front of the beach. only after rain sea not so clean as unfortunately seen quite often in indonesia but mostly fine. pretty tropical garden and lots of special lovely other facilities. beautiful lobby. would definitely go again if going back to lombok.

we had stayed for 3 nights. in the first day, the towels are very completed. but, in the 2 nd day and the last day, the towels aren't completed. Nothing the face towels and mat. But, the hotels is very good for us. the senggigi beach at behind the hotel is very good looking.

Absolutely the best hotel we encountered in a four weeks trip in Indonesia and Dubai!!!!! You are crazy if you do not book this hotel!!

The fittings in the hotel definitely needs a face lift. Even those around the pool and the deck chairs, especially the plastic ones needs to be replaced. It gives guests an impression that the hotel is not well-maintained. However, the landscaping is nice and location of the hotel is good with many restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk from the hotel and only 25 mins from the airport. The staff are polite and friendly.
