Great restaurant
We ate at Sakura one the hotel restaurant it was very goonly thing about the hotel where we the staff is a bit sketchy ..they re all tip hungry and you can feel it.. breakfast included but staff for breakfast seem unhappy (NO SMILES) and you need to flag them down for service..Room very comfortable

All was good except while at the
All was good except while at the pool I noticed some faeces (turd) on the tiled circulation area and the pool attendant walked past (very close) this several times without action!! I had to report it to reception in the end!!

Very good hotel A++++ to all the
Very good hotel A++++ to all the staff. Convenient to move around nearby Connaught Place and 5km to Masjid Jama' (where for muslim can have a nice meals 'Briyani') only 60-70 rupee by ottoway or motorbike taxi. The front desk are very helpful they allowed me to stay until 5.00pm for the check out. Very hard to find this at other hotel.

clean, quiet, staff friendly and helpful
Overall the Metropolitan Hotel in New Delhi is in a convenient location and is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff is very helpful. The room has all amenities. It had lots of light, mini bar, bathrobes, hair dryer, modern TV, nice furniture, comfortable king bed, excellent bathroom. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Both lobby and dining areas are nice spaces, very clean and bright. There is a large outdoor patio with pool as well as a gift store with good quality crafts on site. It is easy to hire a cab at this spot.

Amazing Five-Star-Hotel
Excellent breakfast buffet with Indian/continental/English breakfast choices. Complimentary 1 litre water bottles, newspaper, slippers and bathrobes in the room. Hotel's Travel Desk arranges wonderful trips to e.g. Jaipur and Agra with guide and driver. Location is perfect, the nearest shopping center Connaught Place is a walking distance away. Very friendly staff all around the hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean.
