Family Oktoberfest Vacation
Nice hotel in a good location. Did not like having to pay for WiFi only to find the signal in the room was very weak. Only breakfast option was a 20 Euro buffet which was very nice but difficult to think it was worth the cost. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Munich stay
Clean, nice room, though at the very end of a very long hall (that was under renovation). Easy to get to the train and into Munich from the hotel - about a 5 minute walk. Staff very helpful with map and directions. Breakfast was overpriced. Disappointed not to find the quaint European breakfast. Also did not appreciate the charge for wireless. Plenty of free parking on the street.

When traveling by train to the city center, if traveling with up to 5 in the group, you can purchase a group ticket that is good from purchase until 0600 the next day. Saved us about $20.

Good Location nice facility
We came to Munich to see the sights. The Hotel was a block from the subway. We went everywhere on it and had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. We would stay there again next time in Munich.

For the Oktoberfest...
... is just perfect. Quiet, cleen, cheap and just 10 min of subway from the oktoberfest. For us it was simply the best choice!

Oktoberfest HQ
5 days for munich and oktoberfest. basically just slept there, all meals were in town/at fest. short walk to subway, quiet rooms and area. super clean rooms, especially bathroom. no issues with commmunicating, as i dont speak much german. would recommend highly especially if you are trying to avoid costs of more centrally located hotel.

Expensive
It was in a decent location, but it is still about a 10 minute drive into the downtown area. The stay itself was okay, but this hotel is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, even though the actual hotel room was okay, you were charged for everything and it was not cheap. Breakfest itself was 19 euros a person and the last hotel we stayed it, it was free and the room was cheaper too.

Cold room
When entering the room in the first evening it was freezing cold . Soon noticed that cleaning lady had left the windon open after the last visit. With the poor heating system could not get the room warm enough for the whole stay of two nights. In the morning also water from shower was cold.
