BEST WESTERN Grand City Hotel Frankfurt

The hotel is kind of hard to locate because it situated in a very busy area. Especially if you are driving. It took me 5 turn around to find the car park after finding the hotel. When you check in, staff are friendly and rooms are clean and well laid out. The problem I had was the rail track that pass right by my room window. If you don't mind the occasional train passing by, the location is very good with the city rail system and lots of buses right in front of the hotel. For the price I'm paying, it's real value.

The hotel was excellent and the service brilliant absolutely no complaints at all . Would recomend this hotel to anyone and on our next visit we would hopefully go back there.

the hotel is right next to a train line which made it very easy to catch a train to the airport. It was a total of 30 minutes and 3 euro to get there. Awesome!

The rooms were clean, average size for European rooms. The staff tried to be helpful; as the drain was slow in the shower of the first room, and when they couldn't figure out how to flip the breaker to on after I blew a fuse with my power converter, they switched me to another room, which worked well. There wasn't A/C in the rooms, but Frankfurt is normally a mild climate. The noise from the trains and the street doesn't bother me, but it might bother someone not expecting it. The price was extremely reasonable, the location isn't bad.

they only gave me one night at the agreed upon rate and i didn't think that was right.

treated with arrogance by staff who had assured me that breakfast was included in the price, then charged me for it. I would never stay here after being spoken to and laughed at by management. Don't stay here.

Bin Stammgast in diesem Hotel und wurde bisher nie enttäuscht. Ich verbringe die Hälfte aller Nächte im Jahr im Hotel und kenne viele Hotels in Frankfurt. Dieses Hotel ist in einer guten Lage, man findet immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür und vor allem sind die Zimmer immer sauber und gemütlich. Auch das Frühstück ist lecker und das Personal freundlich. Ich komme gerne immer wieder!

- Dieses Hotel liegt an einer zentralen Lage - sehr gute Preis/Leistung Verhältnis - sehr sauber - nette und hilfsbereite Personal Negativ: Ist in der Nähe von Bahnstation und kann daher mit offene Fenster wenig laut werden aber wenn man die Fenster schliesst, hört man nicht viel- von demher ok!

Hôtel bien situé pour les clients de la Messe, grâce la gare située à côté, mais quartier peu rassurant pour une femme seule. Chambre couloir dans l'entre-sol, très mal insonorisée (sous la voie de chemin de fer) et bruyante ( bruits de couloir et des chambres voisines), pas de frigo, pas de peignoir. Lavabo au milieu de la chambre et douche avec le wc! Fitness rudimentaire, mal aéré, mal éclairé. Niveau indigne des 4 étoiles affichées à l'entrée et du réseau Best Western! A éviter Dpz, de Suisse

Angekommen war der erste Eindruck eigentlich ganz positiv, Zimmer waren ok, doch ein Blick zum Fenster und man weiss schon dass das kein angenehmer Abend werden konnte! Direkt neben dem Hotel (vom Fenster aus vllt 5 m) liegen Schienen, worauf jede 15 min ein zug vorbei quietscht!! So ein starker Lärm, dass man überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte! Zu unserem Glück hat das Wetter auch nicht mitgespielt es war so heiss dass man das Fenster offen lassen musste, tja das Personal meinte es gäbe nur in der einen Etage Klimaanlagen und er könnte nicht die Zimmer tauschen. Die Bettwäsche hatte einen komischen Schweissgeruch worauf wir nach einer Beschwerde ein neues Zimmer gleich neben an bekamen, und da hat sie genau so schlimm gerochen. Zu meinem Pech hatte ich auch noch gleich zwei Tage gebucht die ich nicht mehr stonieren konnte!! Meines Wissens nach ist ein Hotel da um ruhig und entspannt irgendwo übernachten zu können, das ist das wichtigste und das hat dieses Hotel keineswegs erfüllt!! Ganz im Gegenteil kein Schlaf nur Kopfschmerzen!
