Great Paris Hotel in Great Location
This was a terrific hotel - tucked away in on a side street, the hotel offers central convenience with peace when you need it. The stroll to the hotel's entrance is almost magical, especially when you enter the courtyard... almost regal. Highly recommend!

Perfect Paris Location
Our room had worn out carpets and an old bathroom . We had to have our room changed due to ants crawling on wall & bed. Our 2nd room was nicer since it had newer carpeting & bathroom. but had very small closet space, The area was quite & less "touristy", which we liked very much. Very close to the metro, which was great!

air conditioner broken
The hotel was clean, and close to the Metro stations, but it was extremely hot for the two nights we were there due to the broken air conditioner. The breakfast buffet was not included and cost 50 Euros for one adult and one child for the two days. The staff was friendly most of the time.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
you can purchase a 10 pack of Metro tickets to use. The metro station is about a block away, and is very easy to use to take to all the touristy attractions. There is also a water taxi you can take that will also take you alone the Seine to all the touristy stops as well.

I'd stay again!
Cute but small room, excellent help from staff, good location (close to metro), lots of electrical outlets, felt safe arriving on foot at late hours. Would like better light in room.

Great Stay
Great location next to two metro stops and in a great area (Bastille). The only negative would be the room decor was worn. It is probably time for them to spruce up the place, I would give the room 3 stars. The staff was great, price was even better. We would stay there again for sure.

Long walk from hotel
Take the train from the Airport to Gare de Nord, then a taxi to the hotel. Don't take the metro with luggage, there are lots of stairs.

Slightly Dissapointing
Hotel location was in quiet corner just off the Blvd Beaumarchais up from Bastille. Very stylish, helpful staff. Air conditioning was very poor (but July in Paris!!). To help heat, shower an answer. Unless the design allows lots of water to splash onto the bathroom floor. And, no new towels or soap was supplied during out 2 night stay. Bed was firm, room was small but functional. Medium-priced (200 Euros). Could have selected better/

Le Oyster Bar just down the street towards Bastille was very good. Pizza across the street (Angela?) was also a nice lunch stop.

The hotel advertises that it has
The hotel advertises that it has parking, however the parking it provides is awkward to get to and is designed for small cars, no vans or large 4x4 will fit. The breakfast was very poor and at 15euro's per person, very over priced. Our room was very small with a stained dirty carpet. The bathroom had mould patches above the bath and cracked floor tiles. The bed cover was torn and worn out. I would not stay here again.

Villa Beaumar"froid"
Very tiny classic room, but cozy and clean, with daily room service. However, despite having the thermostat at max - 30 C the room was cold Wonderful location...close to 3 metro incl. a major connection point Bastille

Charming, quiet, great staff
Just on the edge of the Marais, and close to the Bastille and metros. Very charming hotel with good atmosphere and very polite and helpful staff. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms very spacious - and the walls aren't thin that you can hear everyone else - very quiet! Tip: Ask for an interior room overlooking the courtyard.
