Very busy and non-friendly experience
Did not receive large room as booked. Room was on lower floor and leaked badly during a storm. Moved to much nicer room after leak for last night of stay. Hotel personel very unfriendly!!

Terrible 5 star in Paris
This Hotel should not be rated 5 stars !!! You can't compare this hotel with any other 5 star hotel in Paris. We will never go back to this hotel !

Fantastic location at Champs-Elysees,
Fantastic location at Champs-Elysees, breakfast very good, and very good help from Concierge Service for making reservations with the best restaurant. This hotel is not cheap, but one have to pay for quality.

great location!!!
Great location!!! a bit expensive, so I think for that price breakfast should be included. The breakfast menu was delicious but expensive. Staff was great and responded promptly to any concerns we had.
