Comfortable, elegant and unpretentious
We only have positive comments about this hotel. The only difficulty we encountered was finding our way back to the hotel after walking in any direction. This is not the Hotel's fault-- the streets are at an angle in many parts of Paris which makes it confusing to a tourist walking the side streets. We had a couple great cab drivers who helped out in a pinch. The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. Our room was larger than what is typically offered in France. Amenities were impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel and we got a great deal as a member of an online travel website

Fantastic Trip
Everything was great. The only drawback was the house keeping's extreme desire to keep our room clean. There were 2 times when they accidentally entered the room while my wife and I were getting dressed. The hotel is 2-3 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs - Elysee. You are also very close to the subway. Which was a cheap way to get around Paris. I would go back and stay there again.

very nice hotel
the room was comfortable and larger than most other hotel rooms that I was choosing from. The Concierge (several different ones) was always a good source of information and helped us in planning our travel by Metro. The hotel is in walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, but there is not much in terms of stores or restaurants by the Hotel. The beds were comfortable and our room was always cleaned by the time we returned in the afternoon or evening.

I took a tour with Aeon tours (www.aeontours.com) after hearing asking our front desk clerk for a recommendation. They had a private tour set up for us within a few hours, and had their guide meet us at our hotel lobby. Saved us a lot of time.

Beautiful Rooms
We stayed at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe Paris hotel for three nights. The hotel lobby and rooms are inspired by art deco design and have lush furnishings. The hotel spa was not included in the rate, but was a reasonable fee. I especially liked the complimentary Laduree chocolates on the pillow as part of the turn-down service!

Nice Hotel
Location was good, 10 minutes to shopping area and open tour bus. Personal speak english fairly. They are slow in customer service. We got there around 10:00 am after overnight flight and checked in at 12:20 pm. we wanted to use our hair dryer, in Paris power voltage is 220 and we needed adaptor for changing to 110 v, we call hotline 3 times!
