Excellent Location

excellent value
this hotel was more than adequate, the room was great, beds were comfortable. after reading some of the reviews on here i was slighty wary, upon arrival all my fears were removed by one of the nicest most helpful staff i've ever met on my travels. He gave all the information we could need including travel times to and from the airport without us having to ask. this probably isn't the hotel for people who want to stay in a room all day but it definitely served its purpose for me.

Good Location, Expensive
The hotel is in a good location for a tourist. The hotel was in a renewal process. I would expect a lower price for that reason. The staff was helpful.

Under construction
Yes, the hotel was kind of a mess in the lobby - they are working on renovating the entire building. As of August 17, they didn't look like they were anywhere near finishing (even though their website says they are only working through August 2012). But, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would only recommend if you're looking for a good deal on a good room and don't mind walking through a mess of a lobby.

Bare Bones Hotel
Was under construction when we stayed. Constant noise from the workers, and the lobby was a mess. They told us we could check in early, but they didn't let us. They turned off the electricity in the middle of the day. We booked a double room and it came with two twin beds with one headboard. There was no temperature control in the room, so it was always freezing.

Money double charged
The staff in the hotel told me the money wasn't paid on the internet and charged cash but in fact the money is paid.

The Hotel was going under major reconstruction. So bad we could barely get to the room. Staff was not very friendly. Way overpriced

Great Location
10 Minutes walking to Opera Garnier, 20 minutes walking to Sacre Coeur. A perfect choice close to evrything in Paris, near to metro station. Good price and gentle staff.

a stop in paris
I spent just one night in this hotel, and for 78$ I tought I was in a 3rd world country. I guess this what you get for a ** hotel these days !!!!!! dirty dirty dirty
