Hotel Jardin de Villiers

The Hotel Jardin de Villiers is in a very quiet street, but, as we discovered, the adjacent streets are full of interesting shops and there is a street market atmosphere. Villiers is a great suburb - few tourists, lots of nice little bars and restaurants and the metro is close by so it's easy to get around. Our room, overlooking the garden, was pleasant, though not overly large. The size was probably typical for Paris (and other European cities) - but the big bathroom was certainly a bonus. Breakfast was good – served in an interesting ‘underground’ breakfast room. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the person servicing our room did a magnificent job each day (we had a lot of stuff...). I just loved Paris – so much to see and do. It was great to use this hotel and a base - to be in the suburb of Villiers - and to have a choice of bars and restaurants nearby. The free wifi was good too. Would certainly be happy to go there again.

This hotel was a great choice because of location. It is on a side street in a predominently residential area that was quiet at night. The staff spoke English and were very freindly and helpful. As with all Paris hotel rooms it was small, but this one was very efficient with a nice bathroom. The walls were paded and covered in fabric adding to the quiet. Breakfast was quite nice with all that you would need to start the day. The metro was only 3 or 4 blocks away. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

The hotel is in a very quiet location, it was great to be able to have your windows open at night. Very pleasant rooms, which were cleaned to a high standard every day. Great little hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel. We used it as a resting place while we explored the city. The staff was very friendly and gracious through our language barrier. Several of the staff spoke english, and the ones who didn't knew enough to communicate. The rooms are small, but we expected that traveling in Europe. The best thing about the hotel is it's neighborhood. Around the corner from the hotel is a bustling neighborhood market filled with bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants, cheese shops, you name it! The residents are friendly and the food is fantastic. It was a great basecamp for our trip. The bed was comfortable and the room looked like it had been remodeled recently as it was very modern and new. We stayed on the 4th floor (all the rooms on the 4th floor have balconies. It gets a bit hot up there, but the AC works great!

nous sommes rests 2 jours dans cet hotel, déco très sympa, mais notre chambre n'a pas été faite le 1er jour, obligé de descendre chercher des serviettes propres, pas d'excuse le lendemain, et pour le petit déjeuner, plus de pain, plus de croissants... nous avons signalé tous ces problèmes à la réception, mais ce n'était pas leur problème.... très décus....

cet hotel correspondait compltement à notre besoin du moment, le personnel très l'écoute.

Chambre bien équipée et très bien décorée. Sdb simple mais pratique. L'entrée de l'hotel est décorée très simplement.

Très Bon accueil. Hôtel modeste refait à neuf dans de l'ancien. Bonne impression générale. On a même droit au journal et à un café dans la chambre. Bien placé par rapport au Métro.On marche 7 mns. Dans ce quartier qui n'est pas touristique et qui est très très calme. Très silencieux, On n'entend pas les chambres d'à côté ce qui est rare dans ce type d'hôtel à Paris.. Mais nous ne sommes pas dans des prestations de luxe . Il faut le savoir à l'avance.
