Propreté douteuse (moisissures sur la porte de la douche et sur tous les joints). Chambre donnant sur la rue très bruyante. En hiver, chauffage insuffisant. Personnel assurant le service minimum. A éviter. ------------------------ Room and especially shower were dirty. Room was very noisy and cold in the winter. Staff and breakfast below average.

Great Location
The hotel staff were very warm, friendly and knowledgable. The best part is the location. Everything is within waliking distance if you do not wnat to travel very far.

Get out and wal around the neighborhood. Graet with locals, and not too many tourist.

Hotel Bristol Republique
the location is very good as the metro is on the corner. the place is good, but if you want to sleep well don't go to this place as there is a club and some bars right there and it was very noisy till 3-4 pm. the room was not very clear, a lot of dust on the table, towels had red spots and it was very cold (but that is normal as we had bad weather and they don't heat at this season). furthermore we had our own towels and the service people throuwn them on the ground..? we don't know why..the receptionist was minimally friendly but you should not request a lot of attendance or help :) summing up it's ok if u want to pay less and be in central place, but if u want to relaxe and enjoy the hotel facilities u should better avoid this hotel!! i think it doesn't deserve the money u will pay for.

Great location, poor hotel
The location was very good, right next to the big metro station but that was all the positive news. The room was dark, unpractical, no minibar, no tea/coffee facilities, from the window you could only see another wall, nothing else. Obviously the hotel has not been maintained during the years, everything was a bit dirty and worn-out. I guess the pictures on the web have been taken several years ago. Our reservation was not found when we arrived, we were out of water one day, the lift was out of use for several days. Generally speaking this was possibly the lousest hotel I have ever been in. I do not know about the price/quality as this was my first time in Paris.

gute lage, aber das ist alles.
sehr gute lage. 4 metro nicht weiter als 100m. gutes personal. gute matraze. alle andere... ungenügend. gefroren wegen sehr düne decke, keine heizung. übles badezimmer.

Hôtel agréable
séjour d'une nuit avec un petit déjeuner... Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs la journée pour les reprendre le soir... Très bien placé à 100 m du métro La République sortie 9 la république

Hôtel Défraichi, juste bien pour
Hôtel Défraichi, juste bien pour passer 2 nuits. Dommage car cet hôtel est extrêmement bien placé. Un coup de neuf des chambres serait plus que nécessaire. IL ne mérite pas les 2 étoiles
