+ are: good breakfast (13 euros) with fresh and good quality products (nice coffee, ham, home made cakes), great location, quiet street, bedroom a bit small but nicely designed, comfortable bed - are: small bathroom but they probably tried to use space as effectively as possible. Breakfast room can be very busy in high season.

EXCELLENT LOCATION
THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT-VERY CLOSE TO METRO STOP MADELINE-5 MINUTE WALK AND TO ST GARE DE LAZARRE STOP- IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO TAKE THE EUROSTAR OR TRIP TO GIVERNY.VERY CLOSE METRO TO ARCH OF TRIUMPH AND CHAMP ELYSSEES.BED WAS COMFORTABLE, VERY NICE ROOM AND MODEST BATHROOM. DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR WI-FI

Location was great, just steps
Location was great, just steps from the Metro and not far to walk to sights and restaurants. Breakfast was very nice. When we asked for tea kettle and cups staff quickly got them for us. As I had expected the rooms were small but other factors made up for this. Great pastry shop right across the street that was open till 7pm most days.

We thought this hotel was real
We thought this hotel was real gem. The location was great within walking distance of all main attractions in Paris. Hidden away off the main street but right in the heart of the shopping district. The staff were great, they made us feel very welcomed and could not do enough for us. They answered every query we had , helped us with transport mainly train stations ect. The staff at this hotel made our stay in Paris one to be remembered.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
Lovely hotel with friendly staff and some really nice rooms. Right in central Paris close to Grand Magasins, the Opera and the Madeleine. Very good breakfast too.
