frightening surroundings
The "rue de theatre" which leads to the hotel is cosy and nice - just before the hotel it becomes a nightmare : it is a covered road - no more daylight - buildings over the road, with doubtful restaurants by its side like chinese tea room and laser shooting club & disco ! Many arabic nationals meet in front of the doors to smoke and discuss daily matters. The view to the Eiffel Tower is blocked from some rooms by a huge white chimney. Our rooms were very small and not so spacious as shownin the picture.

the appartment rooms are really nice, big and clean. suit family with young children. the only problem is that if you book more than 3 nights they are not cleaning the room - just once a week. means that for 4,5,6 nights - no cleaning (unless you pay for extra).

Price Good, Amenties Lacking
Staff was not familar with directions to nearby attractions, no concierge to asist with tours, although the website indicated room cleaning, we were there 4 days and the room was not cleaned once. Because the hotel is small, there was no, literally no, taxi availibility. The staff sent us to a hotel two blocks away to catch a cab. Cabs had no idea where the hotel was to return us back at night. The phone number we were given by the hotel was for reservaions which closed at 7 PM so there was no way to get someone at the hotel after 7 PM. Staff was not very helpful. Walls in the room were bare - no pictures, close to the river but not on the river as the website indicates.

We were pleased with the view
We were pleased with the view from our apartment - the Eiffel Tower right out the bedroom/kitchen windows. The building is approximately five city blocks from a Metro station. Disappointments - we arrived on Friday and the pool was closed due to weekly cleaning - why on a Friday night? Second, the business center had computers with no keyboards and no printer - couldn't print off travel documents. Third, one the clerks sure had an attitude; thankfully the others were helpful.

Shuttles go to the hotel from
Shuttles go to the hotel from the airport so get a shuttle to/from the airport it will be much easier than the train and cheaper than a taxi

The hotel was in a very good l
The hotel was in a very good location(even though the entrance was not great) close to the Eiffel tower. The units we had where very clean and had all the neccesities of home except an oven. The air conditioning was a little weak and the windows did not open for fresh air. There was a well stocked grocery store near by with a bakery. The staff where extremely helpful but overworked. I would recommend this hotel

A few mix ups with the language
A few mix ups with the language and the fact they use 24hour clock. Booked an airport bus for 5pm and was woken at 5am to be told our bus was here! Nothing to bad. Usually met with a smile and the staff were very heplful. Rooms were a little cramped for the price but otherwise the stay was great.
