7 Eiffel Hotel

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. It's an excellent location, and the staff was professional, helpful and kind. The hotel is very stylish, which may be a turn-off for some. And we did not like the "rain" showerhead, or the overly-complicated shower controls. Note that there is no door separating the shower from the room.

This is a great boutique hotel located in a great spot in the 7th. The Metro stop (La Tour-Maubourg) is less than 5 minutes away and the Eiffel tower, Rue Cler is nearby as well. The room we stayed in was a little small, but this is to be expected in Paris. Also the hotel provides free wi-fi in the rooms which is nice to have when you do not have a local cell phone, especially when one needs to plan out the days (eg buying tickets for museums, making reservations, directions) before heading out. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel.

We really enjoyed it. Very central and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and there were so many places to eat around the hotel. Definitely recommended. The only down-side was that the elevator was not working and there is construction across the street, so don't expect to sleep in (which you shouldn't be doing in Paris anyway!)

The room had a bed -- and that's all. No chair, no desk. Shower was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Eiffel Hotel. The location was excellent as it was only a few blocks to the Eiffel Tower. Also, the metro is right around the corner.Plenty of shops and cafes right near the hotel. The room was clean and front desk staff were very helpful. Room was small, but that is typical of hotels in Paris.

Nice location. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room is quite small but kept very clean. Hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Room are very small, good location, good day time service, night staff not very proffetional. Very high price for room quality.

Modern, lovely hotel, great location to key sights and metro/RER stations. Wonderful, helpful staff and beautiful roof top terrace for breakfast or evening drinks. A 10 minute walk to Rue Cler with pastries, cheese, bread, wine, and restaurants. Near metro & RER stations. We visited Versailles, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Notre Dame area, Sacre' Coeur, Musee de l'Armee, Champs'-Élysées, & the Eiffel Tower. A 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower & 20 min walk back along the Seine River. Restaurant, REED, a few doors away from the hotel is a great dinner experience.

We're from the US so found it odd that the 1 rude employee was actually an American working at the front desk. We had asked for a later departure and the best she could manage was an extra 30 mins in the room. Her attitude spoke volumes as she seemed she could barely be bothered by our request. She didn't even greet us as we walked in from the elevator. No friendly hello or anything of the sort. At 12:25 (5 minutes before we were meant to be checking out) the phone rang in the room. It was the same employee making sure we were about to be out of the room. Really? As we proceeded downstairs (and out of the room at the scheduled time) we were again greeted by the cold and unfreindly attitude of said employee. There was no Bon Voyage or anything of the sort checking on our stay. Nice hotel, but 1 bad apple unfortunetly.

The 7 Eiffel Hotel is very modern, clean and in a great location. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Only a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. However, the biggest draw back was the lack of professionalism with the front desk staff. They were not attentive to our needs and we literally had to wait in the lobby when we arrived for two hours before being allowed into our room. Our room service was always late and what's listed above seemed to be the common complaints with other guests. Overall... we would stay there again if there was new staff!
