Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Great trip, beautiful beach, outstanding staff and excellent food for an all inclusive

Generally the staff is exceptional and they work very hard to accomadate your every need. I was expecially impressed with the resturant service which was very efficient and friendly. One improvement would be better service at Check-in, I waited for over 30 minutes before being helped. I would strongly discourage long walks on the beach or leaving the grounds without a guide. My first walk on the beach ended very poorly as a local attempted to rob me. There was a sign posted at the resort boundary but I missed it as I was waliking at the waterline. Do not use the resort credits as part of you decision making process unless the spa, rental car or cigars would be of interest. Other than that they are fairly worthless. The resort is huge and they have a mini shuttle service. I preferred walking as it is very beautiful there. Another plus was the pool areas which allowed for everyone to have a lounge chair by a pool.

The Hard Rock was a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute, from check in with Mariano, lunch at the Bhongo Pool with the wonderful service of Maria and all the chefs to drinks at the Sun Bar with Ada, Jorge, Juan & Leo. Room service was wonderful if we slept in and even if we wanted a snack at night, Ismael was wonderful. We played mini-golf which was fun but didn't like that we were charged extra for it. With the price of the resort, it should have been included. The pools were always clean and quite refreshing, the beach was wonderful and had that powdery sand. Be mindful of the vendors on the beach. Their stuff is not of the best quality and they can be quite pushy. The food was not of the quality that I expected. The mexican restaurant and Toro were wonderful and we did not need to make reservations for the restaurants which was nice. The resort is quite large, which was nice to walk around. The nightly entertainment (shows) could be improved on. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

This has been the best resort I have ever stayed at. I travel every year with my family, I've been to Bermuda, Cancun, Bahamas, California, Miami, Puerto Rico etc. and I can honestly say no place can compare. First day when I checked-in to the resort I was given 3 welcome roses, escorted to my room where I didn't have to carry any of my items, they made sure I was comfortable. As the trolley took me to my room they explained everything to me types of restaurants, pools, entertainment, casino, serve etc. Each morning a phone call was made from the front desk asking if my stay was going well and was there anything that they can do to make it better. The room was cleaned twice a day with rose petals put on the bed and towels designs made into hearts, swans etc. I don't have any kids but don't mind being around them either but kids are not an issue. During the day you may see a few but at night they are not in your way. I ordered room service and the food came still warm and in less than 50min which is stated on the menu. All the staff is welcoming and seem like they enjoy there time at work, anything I need they would get, for example I wanted a certain kind of cheese not knowing the restaurant didn't have it the staff went out to provide it for me. As you lay by the pool a staff member will com to your side and ask would you like anything to drink. I stood 5night and 6day, I did 3 excursions while there and also took advantage of the resort amenities such as there spa, My husband and I received 80min massages which was the best that we had so far, we get massages every 3 weeks back home, and we did the romantic dinner which was excellent And very romantic.

Ok people... this is a City on it's own! On my recent trip i stayed at the top 3 resorts in Punta Cana (Pradisus Palma Real, Paradisus Punta Cana & Hard Rock). Hard Rock, by far, exceeds the amenities of anything on this Island. The food here is great and the varieties are the best in one location. There is no such thing as reserving a dinner table like all the other resorts and the rooms are all hightech and beautiful. Room Service is also a standard.. Try ordering a cheese burger or steak and frites at 3am - Here you get it. If you're a drinker, you'll get your money's worth here! Top shelve on all the bars. The partying scene is awesome and there are people from all over the world at this resort. My only complaint is that everythign is very far and you need to ride a trolley around and the staff is still learning hospitality. Other than those two things, this is the place to stay.

It was okay, lots of walking, not enough carts to pickup and take you from room to beach/pool. No amentities on the beach, (PARASAILING, BANANA BOAT)

Resort was nice very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and seemed like they cared. Upon check in you were "forced" to speak with a so called concierge. After a few minutes of giving you tips and directions the conversation turned to setting up an appointment for tours to sell you memberships. All week long we were harrassed about this tour. Very big turn off. Will probably not return

The resort is beautiful, fun, and huge. It was a bit too big (you need golf carts to shuttle you around) other than that its a great resort, especially the spa and make sure you are there an hour early as they tell you to be so you can enjoy all they have o offer. Now for the bad...the food was horrible! Quality was not good at all everything we ate was not good. My husband and I were there with two other couples and 3 out of six of us end up getting sick (food poisoning) from their food.
