Perfect Getaway!
We stayed at the hotel from May23-30 and all I can say it was amazing! Let start from the Club Premium Staff: Leidy, Rosario, Sandra, Juan and all the staff were fantastic I can said more about them. What ever you need to make your vacation special one they will make sure a was there for you. The Master Suite Ocean Front is truly amazing and when I said ocean front I do mean it. ALL the amenities they said that comes to the package are true and if is not there all you need to do is call and they will make sure you got it. Swim up bar is absolutely fantastic. When you there asked for Omar, Luz, Angela and Kelly. They will make sure that what ever drink you like is there for you and trust me they will. Cielo Bar is also great and is for adults only. When there asked for Mayra, Marcia and Angel they are great and the mamajuana they have there is outstanding. The BEACH is beautiful and clean there staff makes sure is clean pretty much all day. The color is ESMERALD color, not the usual blue you see in Cancun, but because the color is different it makes it a lot prettier. Restaurants: If you stayed at the Club Premium I will recommend every one of them they are great in order I will start number 1: Chef Gourmet 2: Las Brisas 3:La Comedie 4: Kyoto Japanese Rest.5:La Fuente Spanish 6: El Coral 7:Steak House. The food is well cook and if for some reason you have problems let your server know and they will take care of you without questions, they know you are there to enjoy the moment and they do everything on there power to please you. The SPA is always a plus my wife finish the afternoon there pretty much every day and that does makes a difference, when you see your love one relax. Housekeeping is always there for you so don't you worry about anything in your room, whatever you need it'll be there when you need it. Room Service is good, however make sure you order according to the menu, What I meant by that is breakfast is until 12:00 they will not serve you lunch before that, Trust me they won't. The Hotel is definitely a Palace and is well keep. Disco is nice and Casino is OK nothing like Vegas but is entertaining.

Happy Domincan Vacationer
Five Day Getaway
My wife and I loved the experience and would do it again. We would have liked one more day. For the value, it was great. The staff was very accommodating. I was happily surprised at how almost everyone spoke English. The important thing is to enjoy the experience. The daily show can be campy but really fun. Minor drawback: Service for drinks can be slow. Keep in mind the pace of life in the Caribbean. Tips: Make dinner reservations as soon as you arrive. Club Premium membership is a huge advantage with many benefits (including private concierge service and priority access to dinner and club). If you can afford it, it is worth it. Enjoy your trip.

Zip line was great but really an all day tour. You are first one to be picked up and last to get back. We stopped at 4 other resorts.

Good hotel but staff and food lacking
The hotel was nice along with the beach. The staff seemed less than helpful and not overly concerned with service. This was particularly frustrating at the buffet. It was always difficult to get silverware or water. The food was pretty terrible even when compared to other all inclusives. The Japanese restaurant was the best for us.

Fantastic vacation
This hotel has something for everyone.: beautiful beach, great rooms, casino, spa, gym, excellent food, golfing and beautiful landscaping. The entertainment at night lacks, the nightly show is below standards, but with so much to do we did not mind. The staff was great. We highly recommend it.

Great vacation
Everything at this hotel is really nice. We enjoyed our stay alot. Service was ok, could have been better. Numerous times it would take a long time to get drinks at lunch and dinner. We would finish eating lunch and still no have water to drink at the table. Bar service was good but no premium alcohol, only the cheap stuff unless you want to pay for the premium.

Make reservations your 1st day there at all the different restaurants. All food was pretty good with the exception of Coral Seafood. I didn't care for it at all.

wife loved it
We stayed two nights and we had a wonderful visit my wife loved the place. I wouldn't stay more thana few days. there are a few other places to check out too, like melia, because it looks impressive.

Amazing Honeymoon
Went for our honeymoon and it was amazing. Get the Club Premium package; its worth every penny. excellent service, food, drinks, and attention to detail. if we ever go back to the dominican this is where we will stay. i cannot think of anything negative to say.
