best vacation
Vacation was amazing with the exception of the staff...this resort would of been a 5 star if the staff would of been a bit friendlier. Besides that, my fiance and I had the best time ever. We definitely recommend the doom boggies water activity. Make sure to book your transportation with your package because that's not included. We had to catch a taxi to the resort and was charged 40 us dollars. The food was probably the best part of the trip, excellent. We are going to return with friends and family.

Great hotel-unfreandly admition and managment staff
It took 3 hours to get my room. Admission staff works very slow and very unfriendly. Spanish is a necessity when visiting this resort. Food is mediocre in the buffet, though very good in the restaurants. All in all, beautiful, clean, and amazing beach, but not the best food and staff.

A Punta Cana fan
Overcrowded hotel
Good infrastructure. Nice gastronomic offert. Underscore service for a five star rated hotel, basically due to overcrowding. I miss warmness and personalized service in my third stay since 1996 in this hotel.

Great Family Vacation Spot, Services need improvement
the hotel was beautiful - beach perfect, room very, very nice. Food was average - what we expected, but not exceptional. We enjoyed many activities: sailing, swimming, kayaking, volleyball, water polo, casino, disco, shopping. Most staff were very nice, language barrier a minor problem. However, checking-in, checking out, and arranging dining reservations, get messages, print boarding passes, etc. was horrible, involved long waiting time in a very hot environment. Same at the airport. Their computer systems are antiquated, or staff does not know how to use them.

NIGHTMARE CHECK-IN
check-in staff and management need a lot of improving for this size of resort. I would give them a C-,after this nightmare check In, everything is ok. beach & swining pool in this resort are beatifull( A) buffet restaurant above avg. (B) steak house, Japanese restaurant (a) Italian restaurant (C),I did not eat at Mexican. Over all services are very good

Rejected tipper
Service needs an upgrade
Your hard earned American Dollars are not welcomed to this resort, so look into trading them to Euro currency so you at least get a smile out of the resort staff. My friends and i tipped at every given opportunity, but yet felt short from that 5 star resort service, Other patrons from Europe did not bother to shake off a simple "thank you" but yet were catered like royalty. Stay away from this resort. there are Hidden fees for everything, and it is not all inclusive, it's limited inclusive.
