The hotel has spacious rooms with all amenities to make your stay in San Jose is as pleasant as possible. The rooms are equipped with: Cable TV, Safety box, Coffee maker, private bathroom, hot water, Telephone with international dialing, wifi.

Difficult and dishonest staff!
We had to get in in the wee hour of 230am. The hotel the next day tried to make me pay even though I had my confirmation letter and it showed I had paid already. When after they made me pay saying they could not fine the resevation and I did and I demanded my confimation letter back they took over 2 hours to give it to me and finally said oh we finally found your reservation. They acted like they had no clue and were trying to extort more money.. I would not stay there again and if I did i would not want to...

Long walk from hotel
This hotel is in the city and the city can be very hard to navigate. Easy to get lost in. Not to far from things to do there but I would not stay ever in San Jose if I had any choice to get out of the big city. Costa Rica is not about the dirty over crowded big city. Try to arrive early and get out of town as soon as possible. Also the rental car people in Costa Rica are rip off artists and so just get your car ahead of time and reserve it at the Airport. They are good but none of the local stores will treat you well... Don't let them push you around!!!

absence de fenêtres dans la chambre, matériel assez vétuste (douche) le personnel n'est pas désagréable mais on l'a trouvé peu soucieux de ses clients : nous sommes arrivés le soir et le personnel n'a pas été en mesure de nous trouver une bouteille d'eau pour boire et même à acheter donc nous avons mis la note : passable
