Torre de Cali Plaza Hotel

The hotel is great it only need an humid place like an exercise room with jacuzi and pool . the Airport shuttle was included in the price but they ask for an additional $29.00 to take me back to the airport.

The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to anyone going there. There were minor issues but nothing major.

The bed was amazing as well as the view. Greeted well and given a upper level room when asked. We called for ice that was never delivered and the buffet wasn't as large as expected. Also, FYI, shuttle service to airport does not run on weekends so a taxi ride to airport will run about$25

My stay at the Torre de Cali Plaza Hotel was great. The room had a living rm, bedroom and bathroom which were all very confortable. The food at the hotel was good and they had a good variety to pick from. The hotel staff was professional and friendly and always tried to meet your needs. I spoke Spanish so I am not sure if they spoke English or not. Overall, it was a great stay and if I ever need to go back to Cali, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Sincerely, John

Ordinary Hotel, not so great, very old building, need some remodeling.

This hotel has a long way to go to get 4 star rating. It does not have double windows and you can hear a lot of noise from the street. To make up for it the hotel provides complementary earplugs. It has neither pool nor gym. The water is the largest problem. In the shower it was barely running and in the sink there was no hot water. Several other families from my group found the same problems in their rooms. Even if you pay everything in advance there will be some additional charges in the bill like paying for the security guards in the hotel. The room is not guaranteed even if it was pre-paid and they will send you to a cheaper one in the neighborhood claiming that it is of the same value or “more expensive”. You can find much better quality for a little bit higher price in nearby Four Points by Sheraton, Which is true 4 star hotel. Families who were in that hotel had no complain and the hotel has all the amenities.

First of all, everyone at the Front Desk, including [...] etc were just awesome. [...]at the Brisas del Rio Restaurant was awesome and [...]. The Tourims Security to the hotel were awesome as well, especially, [...]...good people at this hotel. I can't wait to return again in 2011. The hotel is also very well situated, near everything that you can possible want, including fine shops, restaurants, cafe, ice cream parlors, art galleries, the MIO station, Cali's massive transit system and the views from my room were just unbelievable! Thanks to all at the Hotel Torre de Cali for making my stay a pleasant one!

The hotel is really old, and problems in the rooms are endless: no hot water; toilet not flushing; fridge not cooling; internet connection very often not working; lightbulb missing in the lamp; elevators extremely slow, etc. etc. But I've never... and I mean NEVER met hotel staff as polite, friendly, helpful, and apologetic as those. Under normal circumstances, half of those problems could have easily driven me to the edge. But I truly found it hard to be upset with such incredibly lovely people. And, by the way, if you don't speak Spanish, you're out of luck, because this is all they speak.

Experience fine. Slightly noisy but for the purpose of my trip it was fine
