It is a great experience.
It is a great experience. The stay is very comfortable. The room doesn't have a great view, but it is very quiet. It has a very nice butler service. The only minor flaw might be the fruits in the room are not very fresh.

Shanghai Visit
The room and the staff was great. The value of the hotel was very good. I was only there for one evening, but the room was very quiet and luxurious. It is a bit far from the airport, but I had no problem having the hotel hail a cab and to quickly reach the airport. I would suggest however that you avoid rush hour to get to the airport, as is the case all over China.

Good Hotel, excellent ubication
The hotel is St Regis, what else can you say? It has excellent rooms, very comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly. Everyone speaks very good english, they make you feel at home.

A Very Luxurious Hotel
St. Regis was a beautiful hotel with flawless service. The regular deluxe room was huge with an amazing view and bathroom. The only drawback for me was the location. Since it's in Pudong,if you want to be in the middle of the action of downtown, it's about 15 min. taxi ride away on the other side of the river.

Most Comfortable hotel - excellent pool and spa
The St. Regis name signals an establishment of tasteful comfort and eager service. A fulfilled promise in the Shanghai hotel. While the hotel is rather farther from central Shanghai than some of the other big name hotels (it is in the Pudong area) the St. Regis is a good choice for any type of traveller. And - the hotel is only a short taxi ride form the Maglev train terminal of the International Airport's super-speed shuttle, which terninates in the Pudong area - not downtown Shanghai. The indoor pool is enormous and the spa facilities are as elegant as the rest of the St. Regis hotel. The rooms are most comfortable and particularly well tuned to the business traveller.
